I didn’t realize my order was wrong until I left (my fault there). I wanted dry lemon pepper wings and a side of spicy sauce. My wings were dripping in sauce. I hate wet wings! However, my complaint is the atmosphere. Spilled drink droppings on the floor and counter, condiments, straw wrappings, and napkins on the counter, and NO AC!! 102 degrees in Mobile, Al, and the restaurant doesn’t have Air Conditioning a Fan, or ANYTHING! The wait was 15-20 minutes long, so I waited in my car! it was ridiculously hot in the store. The cashier was dripping in sweat in fact his hair was stuck to his face. I let him know I was not pleased with the fact that with the amount of money, I spent in the store, they don’t have air conditioning for their customers! That the restaurant makes plenty of money because of the community around it and that’s the thanks they render. Sad! Stop spending your money there until they provide better service.

TERRIBLE LOCATION, food was okay but the customer service was terrible from the young Asian boy. He was talking so rude to everyone and some customers even told him he has a terrible attitude to work in customer service. He make some colorist remarks to people of color in the store and it was an older woman trying to learn but look new but was trying her best and her attitude was so much better than his, he talked to her and cooks like he owned the place. I will not return here with my coworkers ever again. Get rid of him. THANKS.

This sandwich is bad!!! I’m @ work right now hungry. I have all the scrapings off the grill. I order a Philly Cheese steak My # was 21. I opened it before I left but it was cut in half so when I got to work and really opened it it was totally nothing but burnt scrapings from the grill. This is totally wrong. I will try and upload the photo so yall can see this hot mess!! This is why I don’t eat out. No concern for what you serve your public no wonder you have a sign that says no returns once you leave the store.

Okay… The prices went up so much, I only ate here once since they reopened after the pandemic! They got a PPP loan and still increased the prices by about 7 dollars per item! They’re were even too cheap to reprint new menus with the new prices… they simply crossed them out with a black magic marker!

First they don’t answer phone for call in at lunch its fine but now they had 2 young girls working both look sick dark rings under eyes and rude and slow omg and how the cashier talked to an old man really he was hard of hearing and she was rude then i asked for ranch for my order the girl wants to charge .50 no she said it comes in dinner ok I didnt know she says check it then I really had to hold my composure well guess I wont be going back.

I put off trying here for a long time since it is connected to a gas station, it is very good! The man at the register is very kind and funny. There is a wide array of things to choose from. Gyros, wings, boneless wings, fried rice etc. Recommended
