I ordered online through the Beyond Menu website. When my order arrived, the driver did not follow my delivery instructions and I did not recieve my order of Crazy Fries. When I checked my email receipt and credit card history, I was charged for Crazy Fries. So I called the business to just get my few dollars back for the item but the person who answered was rude. I tried explaining to them that I was charged for food I didn’t receive and just wanted my money back for that item. The person on the phone laughed at me and insisted that no Crazy Fries were in my order. I assumed that there was a problem with the system and was ready to proceed with however to fix it but instead the man on the other side refused to acknowledge the problem and just repeated that I did not order any even though I had the email receipt to prove it. I finally just said I would wait a few days to see if the charge was altered and call back if it wasnt. Terrible customer service, even if it is a website or credit card mistake they should not be talking with customers this way.

Was all good in the beginning as a regular customer but whatever has changed caused me and my kids to get sick. Thought it was an isolated incident but as of last night confirmed it’s the food. Never again.

There customer service is terrible, they don’t go by their own menu. I called in an order they told me 15 minutes, 25 minutes later I go to pick up my food they tell me “oh some man just took your food”… so i had to wait for my food to get remade, no compensation and they didn’t give me what I ordered and had to argue with them about what they have on THEIR menu to get what I ordered… Over all I’m NEVER coming here again.

Every time I order from here my food is messed up! Everything from my chicken not being cooked all the way to the wrong toppings on my pizza and if that’s not enough I just ordered a chef salad and they told me it was already picked up! How when I’m right there?!

The Wikens Pizza restaurant was small but the pizza was awesome ,Which was in big slices, well-prepared and hot. The food delivery service was quick and great. The atmosphere was clean and enjoyable. I would highly recommend to my friends.

Absolutely horrible, I ordered a gyro platter that came with about four shreds of lettuce very warm three half slices of tomato and a dab of cucumber sauce with overcooked gyro meat the only thing that was cooked proper was the pita bread, it came with fries which happened to be two different kinds of fries in the box, and an order of mozzarella sticks that were actually the best thing out of the whole meal, definitely not worth $20 with that being said I hope they enjoy that $20 cuz I promise it’ll never get another 20 out of me ever again so anyone order them from this place please beware
