Food was good. I would return. The calamari and shrimp was ok. Mushrooms were good. Carrot cake was very good. My filet mignon and lobster was great. Husband enjoyed his steak. Lobster mac n cheese was good. Sweet potato was good.. Servers were attentive. Great ambiance.

wanted a good steak, I got lamb chops. ask for well done! a chef that finally got it right well done without burning it and seasoned just right no steak sauce needed. carrots were great also. went in 45 minutes before close and service and food was great.

It took about 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged us standing at the hostess stand and they were not busy. We knew the prices would be high because of the type of restaurant it was, however, when we spend that kind of money, there is a level of expectations that need to be met. The “jumbo” crab cakes were small. They did taste okay and so did the corn relish. The prime rib risotto was highly disappointing. The meat tasted burnt and the risotto had no flavor whatsoever and resembled rice pudding. We also ordered a Cesar salad, but it was drenched in over powering dressing with a stale Parmesan chip on top and not fresh romaine. At this point we decided entrees would not be worth the money. When the server came back over to finish our order and we said we were just going to finish our apps, she pretty much ignored us for the next 20 minutes or so. Again, they were not busy at all. She walked by our table several times with no desire to ask about refills or even offer the check. We had to wave her down to get her to bring it to us. The manager was busy visiting with a table of either regulars or friends so we just gave up. It was extremely disappointing and the fact we paid over $90 for what we had made it even worse. I have never visited a casino restaurant and left dissatisfied.

We had the most enjoyable experience dining at William B’s on Thursday night. We had the pleasure of Rose serving us for the evening. We dine out often and this was the best service we have experienced in awhile. She greeted us promptly, inquired on how our evening was going, provided quick cocktails to start and delivered each course without making us feel rushed. We food was amazing and huge portions. We even brought enough home for a light meal the following day. Thank you Rose and William Bs for a wonderful, relaxing meal. When we return again, we will definitely request Rose!

Really good prime rib. The samon my wife ordered wasnt cooked enough for her liking but was still ok. Stuffed mushrooms were delicious definitely dont get enough with an order though. Calamari had really good flavor and the strawberry cheesecake was really good that i took home with me. Staff was super friendly and prompt if anything was needed

Service was absolutely terrible. Sat at our table with an empty Martini glass for over 20 minutes while our server walked by 4 times without stopping. Even tried to flag her down and she ignored us. There were only a few other tables dining so being busy was not an excuse. Just ate at Copper Rock Steak House at the Four Winds in South Bend and had an amazing experience. Will be dinning there from now on.

I love William B’s. I slice of elegance inside the casino. I have never had a bad meal. Their steaks are great of course, but so is the salmon. And I ordered the seafood pasta which was on special. Very good.

Made reservations a week ahead of time. They couldn’t find my reservation, luckily I had a conformation number. Then they set us at a table with no light. Food is way over priced. Alot of better places of the price.

First time there last night, awesome food, awesome staff. Ordered whipped potatoes, asparagus, and a medium rare steak. Cooked to perfection, nice classy environment. Great job to the waiters/waitresses, and the chefs, keep up the good work.

Expected a little more for the prices, the appetizers weren’t great and my pasta was a let down. My boyfriends steak was decent and the french onion soup was good. Just not what I was expecting for the money we paid.
