We serve beer exclusively made in Colorado (most of our taps feature beer brewed within 20 miles of the pub), spirits crafted in Colorado, and whiskey from all over the world.
Our menu is what you might call bacon-centric. We hand-cut thick slices of applewood smoked bacon and use it liberally on nearly everything. Wish you had more bacon? No problem, you can add bacon to everything on the menu. Including cocktails!
If you aren’t a meat-eater don’t worry, we’ve still got you covered. We have several vegetarian and vegan options. Including our vegetarian red-bean chili made from scratch using an old family recipe.

Food was delicious. Staff was friendly and stayed on top of keeping our drinks full as well. They have a kill Bourbon selection as well. Love when they get really hard to find Bourbon like Van Winkle, Eagle Rare, Weller ect in stock of course. Bar tenders are always friendly and quick with knocking out great pours.

This is a surprising little place. They are open until 2am which is unheard of in Windsor. It’s a cozy bar, with a huge selection of adult beverages. The prices are fantastic! A glass of house wine is under $6.00. We did not eat here but did have dessert and it was delicious. Will definitely be back to eat!

This pub has a wide selection of drinks: beers, wine, cocktails, and especially whiskey. But the food is also delicious. The Pint O Bacon gives you 5 thick cut savory bacon strips with maple syrup to dip. Pork belly, pulled pork, bacon, and jackfruit shine as stars of most of their dishes.

Fantastic new bar in the area! The drinks are awesome, staff makes you feel like home, and the environment is great to gather and enjoy a fun night with friends. Best bacon in all of Colorado, definitely start with the pint of bacon! It’s nice to see a place in Windsor that is open a little later and that has a nice small town community feel!
