Without question, this place has the best cheese steak I’ve ever had. Admittedly, I haven’t been everywhere, but I’ve been to a lot of places. I finally introduced my wife to it, and it’s her favorite, as well. For one, they use white American cheese, which surprised me, but makes quite a difference. It’s also served with a pepper relish on the side, which adds a really nice sweet and spicy flavor. Something else they have here that I’ve never seen anywhere else is a Honey Cajun sauce for their wings. We were a little skeptical, but I’m glad we decided to give it a try. It is absolutely amazing! This place has a nice family-friendly sports bar atmosphere, with the one downside being that it can be a little loud. If you want a quiet conversation or an intimate evening, this might not be the best choice. The service is also great. Parking can be a challenge and Lawrenceville isn’t my favorite place, but this food is well worth the trip.

Outstanding bar/tavern that was formerly located in Shadyside. Wings cannot be beat – get the “kitchen sink” version.

We had the absolute RUDEST waiter ever its like he truly hated his job. He was slow, brought us Tequila shots in FILTHY glasses they had an attibecause we requested plastic cups after the 6 glasses he brought were dirty. We eat here alot so we are not letting his sour mood deter us from coming back but they gotta do better with the staff. They aren’t friendly and most are down right RUDE

The WPT has moved locations but their cheesesteaks haven’t changed. Soft hoagie roll isn’t my choice, but works well for this sub. A little extra pepper relish on the side for a little heat, but can’t forget a lite line of Heinz to top off this. I remember the wings being pretty tasty too.

Only had wings but they were excellent all around. You can order $1 wings any quantity so a fine way to try several different sauces, though their classic wing sauce is good too. Cozy place with great service.

The wings were out of this world. So crispy and the mild sauce and ranch were delicious. As a Philadelphia native the cheesesteak was excellent the roll, cheese and onions tasted phenomenal the steak was delicious but to me the only flaw was it was cut a tad to thick, if they could slice the steak a little bit more thin I would put that as the best cheesesteak in Pittsburgh hands down.

Where to even start with this place? How about the wait staff. My family and I went here for dinner and was greeted by a friendly older gentleman (the only reason this place even deserves a star). Once we took our seats our waitress seemed upset by the fact that we wanted food. She was poor tempered the whole time, and she wasn’t even close to the worst part. We ordered fried pickles and jalapenos for an appetizer. They came after the rest of our meal and everything was brought out one at a time, rather than everything being brought out at once. The breading on the fried appetizers was just normal breading so no complaints there, but the vegetables inside were just horrible.
