Williams bbq is a place to eat really good food! We went on July 28, 2023 and they were not taking cards, cash only. The mild sauce has a bite to it. I had the chopped Cajun chicken it was really good! I will go back again! Keep in mind they only had two tables for eating inside. I would suggest getting take out.

me and my boyfriend decided to stop in on our way back to beautiful washington state. we had our dog in the car so he had to stay behind while i went in to order on my own. i’m typically a really nervous individual when it comes to ordering but they were so sweet and it made me feel comfortable enough to order. they really treat you like family here at Williams. it was an absolutely amazing experience i might have had a spiritual awakening after eating this bbq. should i try to reconnect with the love from our lord and savior, Jesus Christ? this bbq had me HEAVLIY considering it. you simply cannot find decent bbq in Washington, so it was an extremely pleasant treat for me as i grew up in the south and consistently crave a good bbq, wish i didn’t have to drive cross country to get it! please, if you like bbq and want to get a taste of what heaven might truly be like, stop by Williams bbq.

Williams barbecue is just what you would expect and more. nothing fancy. No seating. Simple food. cash only. But the food is great. I think the coleslaw is the best I’ve had in my life. I also greatly appreciate the values that are on display: mr. Williams open the shop in 1962. He was there the day I was still in the back working. hard work pays off.

By far the best bbq I’ve ever had in my entire life. This hole-in-the-wall joint has been here for 56 years under the ownership of Mr. William, a fascinating man who will give you a quick history lesson. As a BBQ junkie, who seems out the best bbq wherever I am, I can confidently say that Mr. Williams pulled pork is head and shoulders abover the entire rest of the world.
