Clean Location, Friendly Staff, my first time ever eating Williams Chicken. My experience was NOT a bad one at all. Ms. Tangie (STORE 29) gave me some insight about the menu, assured me everything was hot & fresh, and told me I would be pleased. I will say, my food was hot, fresh, and tasteful. The service here is horrible. The intercom never works. We go to the window and order the “picnic basket” off the menu and was cut off and told if it don’t have a price we don’t got it. As if we are suppose to know that. The ambiance is just negative all around. Makes me not want to go back. Customer service sells the product and brings customers back. On top of that the fries were bland and hard. Only thing fresh was the chicken.

All I can say is WOW to never been to this place and suggested it for my husband for lunch the loud speaker lady rude. Like the menu is all over the place so you don’t know what’s a dinner/combo nothing…then as for as gravy there’s nothing that says brown or creamy. You try to ask a question about the menu you hear the chick sigh like you bothering her…ma’am you work at the window to take orders…bright side the older lady with braids and glasses was nice asking about the drink and where to park for my food as I waits additional 10 extra minutes

If I could give this establishment a zero for customer service I would. When you go in and ask about your order because so many people who came in after us, my mom was told “you go back to the truck, here yo order come.” You should never talk to your customer like that and talk crazy to them when they ask for a refund.

The order taker had a very nasty attitude and since l was in the drive through l let her make it because l couldn’t watch her make my order. All l asked her what consist of a 9 piece family order for 26 bucks? she said meat and bread only. I said WWWWHHHHAAAATTTTTTT so why doesn’t at least an order or fries or bowl of mashed potatoes come with a family order? That cow said. I said what l said. When l got to that window l let her know that is such a nasty way to speak to customers that is helping you to keep your job. I left her with her big lip bigger than it was when l drove up. The chicken here is very mid, it’s like they don’t even marinate the chicken, the Illinois location is The BEST! I never have to deal with attitudes there. Desoto just don’t have any good chain restaurants. The mom and pops spots are worth it

Worst service. First, a big sign on the door says the lobby is open and it’s not. Obviously to keep them from getting to many orders since they move like turtles. I went to the drive thru didn’t order anything that took to long to cook. They said pull to the front and they will bring it out. 20 mins later I get food that ain’t even hot.

Not too happy. Ordered a 12pc mixed and box of fries. Only received 11pcs. Was supposed to split between 4 people so now somebody is missing a piece that they paid for. Can’t reach anybody because the phone just rings and the voicemail is full.
