Williams is a brand that has lasted the better part of 2 decades. It’s synonymous with quality product at a fair price. This franchise is not indicative of that tradition. The young lady at the window was awesome. Her customer service was so on point. But, the food did not live up to the Williams name…a large order of corn nuggets is only 12 small nuggets. The chicken was not seasoned as usual and was dry. This location has a unique opportunity to monopolies the chicken game as the eastern hub (mesquite, Seagoville, Forney, etc)is lacking for quality fried chicken.

The Beautiful. lady working at this location is working very hard by herself and still producing very good food and hot food. And being very nice and polite at the same time William’s chicken look into your employees and please give this lady a raise. Or just acknowledge her hard work. Well the first time I was there was last week and they were very rude and disrespectful and I asked for 3 legs a thigh and fries and never received the fries but paid the price for it and this week asked for a number 1 which was supposed to be $5.89 but cost me almost 9 bucks

He took my order and he was headed to put the chicken in box but a Hispanic man walked in instead of getting my order he decided to take his drink order and give it to him for free. I will never ever go back to this location. This the second time this has happened. He may need to be retrained to fix the order that arrived 1st before helping the 2nd person.

Terrible experience!!! Rude employees & terrible customer service. I was ignored over 30 minutes after being told I would wait 10 minutes for fresh chicken. I had to ask to place my own order after 2 customers in front of me left. They were ignored for 10 minutes. Large puddle of water on the floor next to drink dispenser with a wet floor sign, but no one attempted to mop it up. Definitely a slip & fall hazard that was ignored just like customers. The manager finally appeared from the back and “helped” with order after I finally had enough & complained. They don’t value paying customers. Food was good, but I’m never going that location again.

This is the worst Williams Chicken I have ever been to. The breading on the tenders is usually soggy. One time the chicken was very stiff. I don’t know if it was undercooked or what. I’ve ordered food and had missing items on a few occasions and I checked on the receipt and I had paid for them (I know… I should check before I leave…) I live right down the street but when I want Williams Chicken I always drive into Dallas.
