Customer service is horrible. Went back to store after my fries was not in my bag. Everyone looking at me as if it was my fault. Ask for a courtesy drink due to their mistake. Everyone is going back and forth about it. Finally poured me a baby cup with no lid. Thanks but no thanks. It will be a long time before they will receive my business again. Customer Service is everything. Today they dropped the ball.

TRASH!!!! They have you sitting there forever waiting to order just to tell you to pull up you pull up….tell them your order and they still get it wrong then you go in there and tell them they forgot the peppers then they say they didn’t charge you for it when I clearly said add 3 peppers and she said 3 back and did not even add it they barely put fries in there and there was hair in my food what a waste of money didn’t even get to eat it if I could give 0 stars I would

Second time going there and let me just say, hands down there food is delicious. We’re truck drivers, so we park across the street and walk over there and customer service is always great, and food is always fresh, hot and delicious. Definitely recommend..

The customer service IS TERRIBLE!! Today was my first time there. I walk up to the window. Nobody said anything. Where I come from (Ohio) we speak especially when a stranger is preparing my food … but they Jus looked at me. So I said hey how are you doing. Let me get (whatever I order). Nobody smiles or even seemed happy to be at work. I get it. NOBODY likes to work and ur jus tryin to move as fast as you can. But also remember first impressions are everything. And if you gone work the windows get someone friendly and approachable. The only person that seemed happy was the lady with the gold teeth. They gave me 2 packets of hot sauce for three pieces chicken. I wanted to say back I bet when yal take yal half price food home. Yu have plenty of hot sauce packets. Probably even have stashes jus from working there over the period of time. I wanted one more packet. Everyone a they momma was like that’s it. Lol I said well where was there same energy when I came to the window. It’s like hurry get ur food and get out of our faces. The only thing that was GOOD ! Was the chicken the fries taste like a bucket of grease and absolutely no salt. But hey ima jus a trucker nobody truly takes pride in there jobs anymore and it showed. But I’ll be back for some chicken and hopefully the atmosphere will be different. Peace and love

Just stopped and had lunch. Young man at the window was very nice and did a wonderful job. Chicken was fresh hot and amazing. Would of given 5 star except their tea is from the soda fountain instead of fresh brewed.
