Every time you want chicken livers you have to call ahead on the phone to make sure that they have them the last time I called he said he had some so I called back to place an order for 30 minutes to refuse to answer my phone I find this extremely poor customer service and refused to ever go back there! The last time we got chicken there it was overcooked and was dry and hard ! Come on you can do better there’s too many other options in the neighborhood !

Went the drive thru and spent more than $50. The spicy tenders were dry and grossly overcooked, gravy was watery, corn fritters were dried out and overcooked. I’m extremely disappointed with this meal. I wasted a lot of money. Not to mention I had to wait a long time in the car for the food because the lobby isn’t open.

I have become a huge fan of Williams Fried Chicken. We’ve eaten there now numerous times and at two different locations that both seem to be equal in quality. God I love Williams Fried Chicken. the Fried Chicken itself is definitely in the upper echelon of what I have experienced in my life when it comes to Fried Chicken. the side dishes are mostly good, I like their corn on the cob, onion rings but I am not as enthusiastic about their mashed potatoes or dinner rolls…. but don’t get distracted here it’s all about the Fried Chicken which you must eat…. NOW!!! go get yours
