Upon arrival we waited about 15-20 minutes to be seated. It was quite busy. Once seated the server took our drink orders and asked if we were ready to order… we hadn’t even had a minute to look at the menu and 1 of our party wasn’t even there yet… she brought our drinks and asked again… we felt a bit rushed. Once we ordered, our appetizers came very quickly. Our food came out before we could finish half of the appetizers. Portions were large but the ribs were…skimpy and tough to say the least. The Mac and cheese was mush…extremely over cooked noodles. Onion rings were great but you only get 2. The pulled pork was good and much better than the beef. Okra was ok.

I’m sure once upon a time this place was amazing. Now it’s just average. Nothing great, nothing bad, just average. The meats are the best thing here. What I like about the meats is they aren’t fatty. Yet the trade off is they are a little dry. The vegetables/sides all seem like they came fresh from the can. On the plus side, the service is friendly, prompt and polite. It’s just not a place to go out of the way for.

This is one of the best BBQ restaurants I’ve ever been to in my life! The brisket was absolutely amazing, the fried pickles were extra crispy, the key lime pie was delicious, and our server Kevin was the BEST server we have had at any restaurant in a really long time! First time back after the remodel. Me and my dining companion both got the 12oz ribeye with baked potatoes. One of the best steaks I’ve ever had, always very good there. Our waiter was very attentive and friendly. Highly recommend.

Friendly staff and delicious food…hands down some of the best BBQ in Georgia so if you’re in the area definitely worth a visit. Desserts also made fresh… Was taken away by key lime even better then the ones in Florida, not to sweet and light just the perfect amount of lime.

We took our 95 yr old neighbor out for one of his favorite meals ~ BBQ. Our server was great, friendly attentive with true Southern hospitality. Shredded Pork on plain bun was lame. Sliced Brisket was very tasty, some pieces a little dry but they give you plenty of sauces. Mac & Cheese was mushy, but decent flavor. Small pieces of deep fried okra was…eh? Our neighbor wanted Lemon Pie, said he couldn’t taste any lemon, very bland and whipped cream top was packed with something to stabilize it. Two bites and left his $6. piece o pie on the table.

That smell tho when you walk in – I mean COME ON! Absolutely fantastic BBQ joint with easy access off the road. Not the greatest parking but well worth it. VERY small seating area outside but it’s almost too hot 24/7 to even consider that. Our server was quick and kind. Food (ribs & chicken tenders) arrived fast and exactly as ordered. Sides were excellent too. We tend to eat dinner early so there was no line or waiting. Decorated REALLY cute inside too. 10 out of 10 would recommend and return.
