On the way to Willow’s tonight I was telling My Son how amazing the pizza I had from Willows a couple weeks ago was. I just could not stop bragging about this amazing pizza that I had gotten from Willows. And then I got home to see this disaster of a pizza! I cannot say that I’ll probably be back to Willows ever again and I recommend you don’t either.

Willows is a locally owned family restaurant that specializes in Italian food and pizza. We eat there a few times a year and also get takeout. They have entertainment a few nights a week in the dining room. You need to make reservations on those nights.

Great pizza. The standard dough was surprisingly thick.. think 50% deep dish, but very very good. We had a large variety of menu items on the order and there were no disappointments.

The hostess was very unprofessional and very vocal that she was stressed and didn’t have enough help which you never let your customers see or hear!!!! The bartender clearly hates her job and had zero personality!!!!! Very shocked that she is in that position, perhaps it’s not her normal job . Bottom line service was awful after waiting an hour and putting our name in to be seated at the bar was odd. Food was ok and the band was good that was playing. Need some customer service training for sure.

Stopped in after a VA appt for hubby. Not a single thing to be disappointed about. Food was amazing. Lasagna outstanding. French dip completely desirable and satisfying. So many choices on the menu. Will come again!!

The service is very slow. It literally took 20 minutes for someone to take our food order this place was not busy enough to wait that long and the Long Island Iced Tea I had did not taste like one at all.

Went for lunch with friends, sat at the bar, had a bartender with a bad attitude very short with us like we were bothering her when we asked if these seat were taken, ordered drinks and tried to order food but she wasn’t ready yet and had to tend to others drinks. We had her once before so this was an opportunity to change my mind about her, as the last visit she was not welcoming or polite with greeting us or taking or order. Like she wasn’t even glad to be there, and we were a bother. We asked for the bill due to our time crunch once she was ready to take our order 6 minutes later. Gave a tip for the one drink and 8 minutes we sat there and she was upset with the amount and made a comment “see you next time a*********” You know a smile goes along way Marissa!
