My family loves Willy’s. We get takeout from this location at least once a month. Bryan and the rest of the crew are always kind, quick, and friendly. The food portions are huge, the taste is consistently delicious, and the price is very reasonable. And the green tomatillo salsa is excellent. This location catered my wedding years ago and we plan to continue to eat here for years to come. Give them a try if you haven’t — they are better than the competition.

All 4 of our burritos fell apart as soon as we took a bite. The outdoor tables need to be fixed as they are so wobbly and nearly unusable. 3 stars because everything tasted good.

I have been coming to the West Crossville Road Willy’s location for years. Bryan has been the manager for the several of months and he has done a great job. The restaurant is clean, the food is great and he is extremely friendly and helpful. As you watch him manage his young employees, you can see he takes pride in his work and guiding/mentoring the cooks and cashiers to take pride in their work as well. You’re always greeted with a smile and warm hello when you arrive and a “see you soon” when you leave!
