Value Our love
I normally don’t leave bad reviews but went here for lunch with my coworkers. Everyone knows it busy at lunch. I actually was just thinking excited as I’ve never been disappointed when I come here until this was $10. When I said something about it I just got looked at and asked what else did I want on it. All 3 of us were surprised at how little meat we got. We like this place but I don’t know about going back if they keep baby Spooning grown adults.

I am in disbelieve with the service I received tonight by Darris, he was awful! When we first came in we were not greeted by him, he seemed very uninterested in helping us and we waited literally half an hour for 2 order of nachos. The nachos were burnt, he threw the receipt at us at the counter, overall I just never have received such a horrible service. I’m never going back to this location. Again, Darris is not a good representation of what Willy’s is. Thanks

Check your receipt…..I paid with card and it didn’t ask on the machine if I wanted to tip (which I usually do even for to go but not a 23% tip on a $16 order) and I noticed after it processed that it said 4.03 more than the total I was told. I was not offered my receipt and had to ask for it. Normally I wouldn’t care but while I sat and ate, I observed no one being offered receipts and at least one other customer going back to the counter to ask for their receipt, which was wrong because they paid in cash and the cashier added an item them didn’t order. This is unacceptable and I wonder how many times a day it happens. Never trust a restaurant that doesn’t provide the option to receive a receipt.

I’m not a fan. I got a veggie bowl and I wasn’t pleased I didn’t even eat it all I couldn’t finish it. Nothing tasted season and the rice tasted like minute rice. A co worker told me Willy’s was better then Chipotle so I wanted to give them a try. And I did but I won’t be returning. The work area could have been a little cleaner.
