Disgusting! Glad I used the 50% off coupon so I didn’t have to pay full price. How are you out of almost everything at 6:30pm during the weekday. No chipotle ranch, no corn, no hot sauce, no peppers and onions the rice is hard. Glad I only paid $4.00, that’s all this location is worth paying for, then look how small my portions are. It doesn’t even fill out the bowl. Better off making my own chipotle bowl at home, at-least I’m not stingy with the chicken and veggies.

Pleas ensure your staff respond when customers have questions about the menu. More specifically just be nice and do what you advertise. Provide chips, tell your customers about any extra charge items, and most importantly act like you care about your product. Rude staff except the person making the bowls/burritos. Won’t return.

My experience at Willy’s yesterday was none less than absolutely perfect. When I arrived it was a few people in line before me so I had a chance to watch the team working hard to get everyone’s order correct. The worked really well together. The guy before me ordered Nachos and until that point I didn’t know what to get. When I saw “T” preparing those nachos I knew I had my heart and stomach set. Then it was my turn… he made those nachos with the love of every Taco Tuesday enthusiast and it was Wednesday lol. I’m thankful and I will definitely visit again. Keep up the good work team.

Yesterday my therapist and I had lunch delivered to us and the nachos was off the chain they were good the chicken could of been a little smaller with the pieces but the beans and toppings I got were good and the cucumbers were an extra touch ! Great job will eat there again
