This snack stop served us the best burgers and most fries in comparison to the other venues. The food was good and the restrooms were right around the corner. The staff was quick and polite. The sitting area we sat at was in front of the lockers used for the Popeyes river ride so lots of traffic came by but it wasn’t a nuisance or anything just typical busy. It was nice to watch folks on the ride while we ate.

We had lunch here and the food was nice and wasn’t hideously expensive. We had the cheeseburger and chicken tender meals but it took a good 20 minutes to arrive. So you can’t really call it fast food and there isn’t adequate seating but there never is at these parks. The staff were pleasant but a little slow. Overall, I would recommend this place if you need to take a break from the hustle and bustle of the park.

We had chicken tenders and curly fries. The food was pretty good and reasonably priced for theme park food. The service was extremely slow. We were a few orders back, but there were at least 7 or 8 baskets each of chicken tenders and fries. We waited on burgers for the other parties in front of us. I understand first come/first serve. This is not the fault of the employees working the window or kitchen, they were plugging along just fine. I’m assuming that this is a process put in place by the establishment. I just think that the whole process could be handled better.

One of the best places in the park for a burger! The wellington was $10 and it came with good curly fries. Maybe the plate ithta comes with a drink is more expensive but i just said the wellington and it was not that expensive. Maybe they changed the price. I’m also a believer in trying things as they are made so get it with everything on it. One problem with this place is that it is not open often!

Super simple and delicious place to stop at! Menu is kept at minimum and isn’t stressful at all. The chicken finger plate actually has a lot of strips in it. I recommend splitting it with someone as I was barely able to eat it all on my own. Workers were very nice and the cashier was helpful in giving us great tips about the park. Will definitely be visiting again next time we are around

Good food, but so slow! Busy day at park I get, but to wait literally an hour almost just to order is just terrible. To have 1 window open. Food is good. Universal just needs to address the speed at this place better.
