I ordered online, and it was ready on time. When I went to fix my drink, the sweet tea had been out too long (it was not busy inside, that’s probably why). I mentioned it and immediately, without hesitation, the employee, Brandon, said, “I will make you some, fresh!” He made it and brought it out to my car with extra ice and sugar packets in case it wasn’t sweet enough. I have NEVER had someone do this in Memphis, especially toward the end of the night. This guy is an exceptional employee and he understands customer service! So refreshing!

Good food but terrible service. For the price you’d think they would get orders right. I also do not like how the machine that you pay on tries to guilt you into a tip. You should tip afterward and not when you’re paying for your meal. My burger was wrong and this was the second time that has happened. Also the girl running the register seemed like she didn’t care about anything. Not coming back. Not what it used to be for sure. Oh, also, they tried to scrape the toppings off instead of cooking me a new burger. Not professional at all.

The food was not good at all. The lady at the register was nice. The burger was ok, but the bacon was nasty that I paid extra for added to my burger so i had to take it off to eat my burger, the fried pickles were very greasy and the batter was coming off. I ate one and threw the rest away. My fries were very nasty and some were hard so I threw those away as well. I feel like I wasted my money definitely will not be returning. I can say their burgers are good. But don’t waste your money on anything else.

Good burger, the draw to this place is definitely the selection of toppings. Fresh lettuce, grilled onions or pineapple, jalapenos, and many more items to chose from that are free. Cheese is an additional .79 cents though, and they’ll ask you right away what kind of cheese you want (the menu board is clear about that). Battered fries are good, and the salad was fine also. I watched one employee sanitize and clean while we were there so that’s good!

After placing our order and waiting half an hour (restaurant was NOT busy) our food was accidentally given away to another customer. That customer left but returned shortly after because they had recevied the wrong order. After discovering the mistake, a refund was requested so we could just go elsewhere. We got our refund, but then the employee tried to give us the food that had been brought back. I don’t know who trained this staff, but giving a customer food that had already been given to another customer and brought back is not acceptable at all.

Went for the FlyerBurgerWeek burger and some fries. Was rung up for a combo. Didn’t feel like having her correct it so I just went with it. Walking in, the floor is nasty and sticky. They should absolutely do something about it. The burger took a while to get made which I didn’t mind. The burger, bun and fries were super greasy. The fries were soggy and didn’t have good flavor. The burger tasted like cheese. Couldn’t taste any seasoning or condiments. Looked nothing like what was advertised. I probably won’t visit again. I am attaching pictures of what i got along with what was advertised.

Bit of a wait, but definitely worth it. Sauce has some yummy heat. Staff super nice. One came running in the parking lot to give me my forgotten fried pickles. You have to get the fried pickles…so good!
