Went on a night of a show at the Genessee. Went extra early, knowing it might be busy. We waited almost an hour before asking the waitress about how long it would take, as we had a show to get to. She told us she already knows and immediately told us that a cook had called off and they only had 2 and that the 5 orders that were put in would take about 45 more min, meaning we wouldn’t get ours for longer than that. So they wanted us to wait almost 2 hours for our food but not once did they warn us that it would take that long when we got there. When we asked the waitress about letting us know how long it would take, she disappeared and didn’t come back for quite some time. It was just a bad experience. I understand being understaffed but at the very LEAST inform your patrons about the wait times for food and give people an option to wait or not. We did not know until we had to seek her out and chase her down to get any info. On top of that, they did not offer to give us any chips or salsa as a courtesy and we ended up going all night without eating because we left about 10 min before the start of the show to get to the show on time. Super disappointing considering I really had wanted to try their food and now I probably will not go back there again. Don’t go here unless you have 2-3 hours of free time to wait.

Stopped by new restaurant for lunch, only open couple weeks. I had the grilled chicken club, husband had fettuccine with steak. We both were happy with choices. His steak was breaded and he loved it! Tried their Nancy drink specials, bartender asked for our feedback. Testing out new recipes, fixed my drink with no problems. Will return.

absolutely fantastic fresh made tacos. I work at the courthouse occasionally and this place is an easy 30-45 minute lunch. Excellent selection of tacos, burgers and other pub food. The staff and head chef are great. highly recommended

We came in tonight before a concert at Genesee theater. It was empty when we first got here. The bartender Chris was super welcoming. He really engaged us , which being in customer service myself is super important to me. The bar soon filed u a bit. But he still had conversation with us consistently and took. Care of his bar. The waitress Maria I think her name was, was super friendly. The food was great. We will definitely be back

We ate here before a concert at Genesse. First impression was a little questionable, but the food was good and came quickly, and service was very friendly. My burger and fries were yummy and cooked right. My friend enjoyed her calamari. About :01 minute walk from Genesse Theater.
