Fresh Cups (Single Serve)
Presenting Winans Fresh Cups! These single-serve coffee containers both reduce the time needed to brew coffee and simplify the brewing process. They also help to keep the unused coffee fresh by individually packaging portions so they are not unnecessarily exposed to air and light. Compatible with most single-serve brewing systems.		 $13.95

I have been going to Winans for many years now, but recently my service has been very lack-luster. Today I went in and was not even greeted with a “hello” by the barista. Both baristas working were very cold and rude towards me and did not speak to be at all besides answering my “hi!” and my few questions. On top of that, the drinks lately have been not how I have ordered them. It is very disappointing to go into a coffee shop and be greeted with rude baristas who seem like they are judging you and unappetizing drinks.

Ordered chocolates to pick up on Valentine’s Day and I ended up having to go out of town. Forgot about them. Nobody ever called me. I remembered and called them and they told me they threw them out! Kept my money no problem and did not offer a replacement. Terrible experience for my first time buying from them.

Best coffee and chocolates in Troy!! Baristas are ALWAYS welcoming and so friendly. Always helping me with what I need when I need it and they don’t stop until they make sure I leave happy. I would have rated it higher however, there were 8-10 people in line to order or waiting on orders, most waiting to order. The two “Biristas” there were spending much more time talking than working. As well, not paying attention, made my coffee wrong. Not the first time this has happened at this location. Get To Work!!
