I honestly don’t understand the bad reviews. This is my favorite local restaurant. There is literally nothing else like this anywhere around. Beautiful lakeside outdoor seating, great food, decent draft selection, staff are kind and courteous, live bands on the weekend, outdoor games. Awesome vibe. This place is friggin great. I only wish that they were more active on their Facebook page so that we know events ahead of time, and I also wish they were open later on the weekends. Definitely recommend.

Mixed experience here my hamburger was good my wife’s chicken tenders were Overcooked. We were not told when ordering that the storm had knocked out their ability to make half the menu. I know the storm is partially to blame for this but a heads up would have been nice.

There’s a lot of good things about this place, the food tasted great, had a good view of the lake, and our waitress was very nice. But the wait time was long, wobbly table, and the food was overpriced. We paid 8 dollars for 4 tiny slivers of tuna to go with our salad (ate two before taking picture), it was kind of a joke. The Flatbread and fish tacos were great, just not worth the $80 for two people.

We had some great food and I have to say the ambiance was just amazing. We had just been forced to leave an establishment nearby because the bartender didn’t like the conversation the folks next to us we’re having.

Nice restaurant by the lake. Food is good service is decent, can be slower on busy nights. Whatever, you’re next to the lake with boos. Relax and enjoy your time.

Had lunch at Wind Jammer on a Sunday at 1pm. It was a beautiful day to be on the lake and the restaurant was fairly busy. The wait staff were running around to their tables and working hard. Our wait person was very kind. The problem was the quality of the food. We had 7 people in our party. Those who ordered burgers had no complaints. The Mahi Mahi on the tacos and Greek salad was so dry, it was difficult to cut and chew as was the chicken on another Greek salad. The fish and chips was nothing to write home about either. Way over-priced for the poor quality food. Our wait person was not penalized in his tip. He did an excellent job!

This restaurant has extremely rude staff. We were told by a waitress on a Saturday not to come back for dinner because it would be too busy. Sunday at 7 we were turned away and told we could not order due to staffing when there was a half full restaurant. They were rude and totally unwilling to accommodate us.

AWESOME place. Being near the lake right down from the fishing spot is great. My friends got booted out from a bar for no reason and l met them here. Different environment but l did notice a few other people made the switch too.
