Solid diner-style meals; affordable and filling if not overly flavor (at least, my breakfast wasn’t). The coffee was great, and the side of bacon was cooked well. There are a TON of options to pick from on the menu, including more than half a dozen different mimosas.

My husband and I went in for breakfast. The waitress stated ” homemade biscuits today” We waited 30 minutes for our meals. The biscuit was burned, eggs were like rubber, my husband’s French toast was hard. Not a good experience! Service wasn’t any better.

The Pudding Creek Trestle
Got out of town and headed to Ukiah California where I was advised to go checkout Windmills Cafe. First off the parking was easy and nicely located which I always love. Second, the food was amazing. I chose the biscuit and gravy which was a delight. The people with me chose stuff from all pages of the menu. If in Ukiah, give this local place a try as the food here is delicious

The veggie burger was kinda undercooked, the green salad was fresh but the bleu cheese dressing was thin, with no actual cheese pieces found. Servers were helpful but their online pay system didn’t work. The bullet holes in the windows and general rundown appearance don’t make up for the windmill motif.

Ask for chicken fajitas to get them.back. I’m there most Sundays around noon. Everything is good. Prices are up and hours are Down.soups are homemade and great.
