Fantastic food! BBQ boneless chicken wings with ranch was so good, crispy and moist tossed in a super tasty BBQ sauce. And the jumbo hotdogs were so good they must use quality beef franks. French fries crispy and well seasoned. Can’t wait to stop by again!

So ordered about a month ago from Windsor Pizza Parlor on Windsor and was extremely impressed as was a new try and it was a delivery and couldn’t complain. So tonight decided to try their closer location to us and ordered a large 2x cheese, sausage, and onion pizza and loaded fries and we picked it up. This is when it got disappointing as the pizza was not cooked thoroughly and was started to get cut in pies then cut in squares but the real kicker NOT COOKED! Then the loaded fries we got from the main location was full, loaded, and COOKED! So if you’re north of West Lane/173 I would recommend the main location on Windsor and just go pick it up or door dash. As this 2nd location (mag shift location) has horrible employees, management, and quality of food. Personally seen employees driving company car and smoking and wondered if food was in car. Just sad… hopefully I can get my money back and will not order from them for some time. Good luck if you decide to order from them.

Love the edgeless pizza. All food we’ve gotten has been great and there is a wide variety. Indoors can get a little loud, but never bothered me. My go to pizza place. The only issues I’ve had were they had an issue once or twice with receiving an online order I placed. But still highly recommended.

Wish I could rate the food truck by itself cause that’s when we started having problems with this place. First time they forgot a topping on the pizza. We let it go cause whatever. Tried it again tonight and my cheddar Italian beef was a regular no cheese and I asked for spicy peppers and got mild. Then my daughters chicken strips had a bone in one. If we decide to go back we will be going to the restaurant cause the food truck has been awful.

This was my first time ordering from Windsor Pizza Parlor. Prices were fair and delivery time was average for a thick crust pizza. However, when the pizza got delivered, the toppings were wrong. I immediately called and the lady that answered the phone was apologetic and they immediately started another pizza for me to deliver out. They even offered a free appetizer which I didn’t accept since they were resolving the issue without an argument. Pizza was delicious as well. Thank you for resolving the issue with my order respectfully. Would have been a 5 star review if not for the initial mistake!

This was my family’s first time eating here. And I’m not disappointed! They were all very welcoming with the Harlem Insanity Arena football team. And they had karaoke which WE LOVED! They also support OUR TROOPS! Thank you! We will be returning!
