The staff of the dickeys that houses this ghost resturant did not have my order at pickup time, and told me they dont receive wing boss orders on their registers until hours after being placed, and when i told them what i ordered they forgot to add in some of the sides. However the food itself was very good if you do not mind the awkward ordering and pickup situation, and incredibly understaffed employees. The owner and/or manager of the dickeys was also quite rude.

We ordered a wing combo 15 boneless 15 traditional 4 sauces, and veggie sticks. When I arrived to pick up the order, they were startled that I had placed in order and told me that Wing boss had no chicken wings. The manager told me that she could give us all boneless extra fries and she threw in some other stuff because we didn’t get what we ordered. She was very nice but somethings should be done if wing boss has no chicken wings so people don’t order and show up disappointed. I gave three stars because of the managers efforts other than that the boneless wings were not very good.

Mold on my chicken, I thought it was an isolated incident. Possibly an accident. Then another family in perrysburg posted they had the exact same problem! That’s unhygienic and dangerous. I’m allergic to penicillin and mold.

Absolutely horrible. From the ordering online process (they do not take phone orders) to the wrong / “replaced” items being delivered to the quality of the food. Oh, and the lack of customer service. Never again wing boss.

I placed my order online. They claimed they don’t get the online orders so I had to show them my online receipt of what I ordered and they had nothing I payed for and you can’t get ahold of anyone from wing boss because they won’t respond

Wings wingz winnnnnnnnngs!! I love how the spicy atomic sauce makes my lips feel…like that good kind of burn. Not often new places pop up that are are new and this good…i’ll keep ordering since they are affiliated with one of my favorite bbq brands, Dickey’s!
