I order through their app in January show up to pick up my order and I’m told their fryers are down so they couldn’t make my order. Asked for a refund was told 2-3 days it should be in my account. Well it’s March and have not been refunded. I made a complaint to the BBB and Wingboss didn’t reply to that either! Horrible customer service. I placed an order of almost $80 and received absolutely nothing so they are stealing from the customer!! Do not recommend!!

As soon as you walked in your shoes git stuck on the floor and made a squeaky sound…that’s how dirty and sticky the floor was. The tables, all but one was were absolutely filthy. The AC and lights were off which made it stuffy and dingy. The food was cold. All the meat was cold and ordered wings which were stiffer than year old chicken meat.

Good experience in the past. Today, nope. I expected the high price but not the quality I usually receive . I ordered 2 sandwiches: one pulled pork and one Carolina brisket. The pulled pork was dry, sauce didn’t help. The Carolina brisket was to have coleslaw on the brisket. No coleslaw just burned and dry meat in little pieces! Oh yeah, got a side of potato casserole which was ok. I won’t be going back.

So disappointed of this place. I ordered a combo with wings and fries, also I paid for a side of mac and cheese. But when my order arrived to my place….. surprise!!! Worst wings that I ever had, they were raw and salty af. Not even to get finished on my oven, fries and mac.. well, not sure about these items since I never got them. The regular coke was the only decent product from them. Avoid this place and save yourself a headache, bad experience and food poisoning.

I was excited to try these wings and I was very disappointed as the result. 20$ for not to have my sauce on my wings, fries aren’t seasoned and aren’t fully cooked, the meat is also not fully cooked. I basically had to spruce up and recook food that SHOULD HAVE BEEN COOKED, all over again. This is ridiculous and I will never order from here again.

I just came back from dickeys barbecue and their new name is wing boss The barbecue sauce was Watery And runny The owner didn’t have no change the food was terrible only Coke work out of seven different choices of soda I do not recommend that restaurant at all terrible you can’t change your name and still serve bad food I’m just keeping it 100%
