Food was freezing cold. Their boneless wings are actually chicken nuggets. They did not come sauced despite NOT asking for sauce on the side which is an option. Certainly hadn’t been warm in quite some time. Sauces were in separate containers with actual FROST on them from being either frozen or super refrigerated. They were completely cold. Fries arrived plain. I ordered cajun. They were incredibly cold and soggy. I was missing 2 of the 3 dipping sauces I ordered and that’s not even including the extras I paid for that also did not arrive. This was the worst food experience I’ve had to date. I’d give less than 1 star if it were an option.

This was one of the worst experiences. I would give 0 stars if I could. We submitted our order to be done at 6:15 pm when we got there at 6:20 a girl with a very poor attitude said “we haven’t even started it yet.” The chicken seemed undercooked and they gave us our sauces on the side but not dry rub. They completed my order online before it was actually done I’m assuming this way it wouldn’t look like we waited a half hour. I definitely do not recommend you go here customer service was awful and food was not worth the money.

Ordered four of the six piece wings boneless. I only got one of them and it was bone in instead of boneless. I would normally ask where all of the rest is but since it was an Uber eats order I couldn’t do that.
