Very disappointed I called before I ordered and asked if the garlic parmesan was a dry rub or wet she said wet. I ordered when I got back to work I was instantly upset they was dry literally didn’t even eat 1 full wing no flavor and dry like it was old chicken, also got bacon cheese fries horrible!! Can tell they was cooked in old grease I will never return best thing was the bottled Coke product. Waste of money!

Wings are cooked perfectly. It’s not the small wings like others are selling. Could use a little more flavor on the mild wings but otherwise, the wings had a good balance of flavor.

These are by far the best wings I’ve had in a very long time and this place I go to every week the only issue I have is you have to check your bag because you’re either missing a condiment and one time I ordered 6 wings and got 5 but for the most part, the wings are absolutely delicious!!!

This place disappoints me everytime with customer service, yesterday was my last time ordering from this place! I ordered online, got there, stood there for 5mins just for a guy to come around the back to tell me to wait, waited 5 more mins just for a lady to come around back, didn’t get greeted, no sorry for your wait, just looked at me, so i told her my order was made online, she gives me my food & head back to the back, no thank you, see you later, NOTHING! Yea, I won’t be back & I really like their food, smh…

First time trying Wing Crave. Asked for my wings to be extra crispy, they weren’t!! Ordered fried pickles didn’t get my ranch. They were WAY TOO SALTY! 6 piece didn’t come with ranch. For the 15 piece that did come with ranch it tastes terrible. I’ll never go back!

Wings are soggy even if you ask for xtra crispy. Fries were also soggy and unseasoned. Maybe the fryer wasn’t to temp, not sure. However I noticed they had fans inside pushing out the fumes through a drive thru window. Proper ventilation might be lacking, gave a weird look to the atmosphere they are trying to create.
