I live in the Whitehaven area not too far from the restaurant. I ordered the 3 piece whole wings with mild guru sauce and fries. The wings were fried hard. Seems like they may have already been cooked before I placed my ordered. The mild guru sauce was tangy and a little sweet but it overpowered the chicken. I would come back and try something else on their menu. I went back the second time and tried the meal again. The whole wings w/guru sauce was tasteful, fresh, and well prepared. They were delicious and easy to chew. I was very pleased with the service that was given.

For the price they charge for the food, you should be able to get your money’s worth but you don’t. You pay for everything separately, for $5 to get season fries I should be able to get full of it but I barely got any fries and that’s messed up when you paying to get the sauce on your chicken and the seasoning on the fries already. The food is good but they are robbing you as a customer. You can get more food somewhere else for the price they charge and you barely get anything.

This weekend the location is having a Juneteenth celebration. Party wings were $8.99 for 10. I believe the celebration and price goes till Monday. Let me say it was the place to be! From the owners conversing with customers, staff being friendly and polite, the establishment cleanliness, to all the celebration details, it was soo much fun! I watched customers coming back multiple times so you know its some good food. The hamburger is hugh and the wings extra crispy like I like them. You can also have a beer or wine if you’d like. I’ll be back!!

I eat at Wing Guru (collierville location) often and I’m never disappointed but today I decided to try the Whitehaven location near my house and I was very disappointed!¡! Wings were fried really hard and fries were very soft (no crisp) at all. I asked the cashier was there ketchup in my bag and she answered yes just to get outside and had no ketchup or napkins. The Collierville location would never!!!!

I went to this location about a month ago for the first time with Worldfamous LeVeda McCou! My experience was great! The Wing Guru Whitehaven hosted a Juneteenth Celebration four day event and I have been there supporting Friday, Saturday I invited 20 entrepreneurs plus family and they were equally satisfied! I’ll shall patronize on tomorrow as well! My second order of wings was Honey, Hot Cajun OMG! Delicious, yesterday I ordered a cheeseburger it blow my mind! Can’t wait to try something new tomorrow! The customer service was excellent! The atmosphere was so warm and now, offering wine and beer is truly a game changer!

Pre-ordered a 20 piece the day before, paid up front, got there the next day to pick up with my receipt, order was not even started. Was told to give her 5 minutes, and it turned into 25 minutes. All u had to do was say the order was never done, no discount or apologies for their error, not even offered a drink for waiting. Wings were over fried and hard, won’t be returning.
