We ate at the Buffet on a Wednesday. So I understand the small variety. The food that was there seemed pretty fresh albeit in small quantities. Soups were not fresh. Could not find the white rice until after. I didn’t know where to look. FYI, Some regular clientele told me. It was in a rice cooker away from the rest of the food.

I ate at this building quite a bit as a kid in the 90s. I don’t know if it is same name/restaurant as it now but it’s definitely the same building. The food was great back then and I returned to it about 20 years later and the food is still great! The food was cooked well and very flavorful. It wasn’t dried up or luke warm like other Chinese buffets. My only complaint is the obvious roof leaks they have as the ceiling tiles are bubbly and stained.
