Visited The Hot Potatoe for the first time. I must say the customer service was superb! The cashier or lady who ran the front was very nice and patient. The food was excellent. We had Cheddar Cheese and Broccoli loaded Potatoe, Chilli Cheese loaded potatoe, Garlic Parmesan cheese wings. All of it was good. Please try this place if you haven’t. I will be returning.

This was me and my husband’s first time eating. We were actually excited to eat there. We spent $30+ on a bake potato, lemon pepper wings and barbecue wings. My husband told her it was his first time and he was trying to figure out what to order. She said she couldn’t suggest anything so he just ordered what he knew. Never did she tell him he could have gotten the bake potato and wings in a combo with a drink. She was too busy talking instead of trying to help keep a new customer.

This place is amazing! The staff is amazing! Amber and the rest of the ladies who work there are amazing. The location is so convenient and they are always smiling and happy to see you. They even know their customers by name. I was talking to Amber while waiting on my food and she was a pleasure to talk to. When I left, I said to myself, I have to leave a review. This was amazing! We ordered the Sweet Potato Bisque, Vegan Chili, Caesar salad and baked potato with the fajita veggies. Every bit of it was wonderful! The bisque was so rich and creamy, and the chili was by far the best I’ve ever had! I would definitely recommend the fajita veggies!! on another note the prices were very reasonable and postmates delivered quick!

Ordering online was a breeze. The prices are reasonable and l love the fact that you can build your own potato with no limits on toppings. The food was great and the order was fulfilled in a timely manner. The tomato soup is especially good. I will definitely be returning to try one of the salads ( and other goodies).
