I ordered a pretty big order a couple weeks ago and I have to say that Melissa the manager in the Bellmore Location was amazing! We had trouble ordering online and decided to call to place our order and Melissa was very patient and kind on the phone. And she was even nicer in person. When I went to pick up the order she made sure that the order was correct. She was very professional and friendly. The food also tasted great! Fresh and tasty. I’ll definitely be coming back to this location!

Went In last week, Rude staff, overpriced soggy chicken with the wrong ingredients. Not worth the 15-20 minute wait. The 35 minute trip to wingstop is much more worth it than the 15 minute trip here.

Took forever to deliver- sent texts they were leaving to deliver and took 45 minutes to arrive. Food was soggy. This was on 9/12/21. Manager told me I would get a coupon for 20% off next order to compensate in my account for next order – never got one. Basically wanted me off the phone and didn’t want to make things right or ensure return business. Do not recommend and good luck if you call up and ask questions about their text alerts abs delivery issues. Management not good.

Extremely long wait time for pickup order. This location was dirty (my feet were sticking to the floor). Several lights were burnt out and multiple holes in the walls- it looks like they’re closed when you first walk inside. I watched one of the employees wipe his nose with his hand and go back to handling food. I’ve enjoyed Wing Zone for years but unfortunetely something has changed and caused a decline in service and cleanliness.
