Under new management mens under worse management. I showed up to pick up an online order and it was already supposed to be ready 10 before I even showed up. Then proceeded to wait for another 15 minutes for the order. When I started to get a little impatient I was met with the worst attitude ever. I was belittled in front of other patrons, and cursed at. The only way I see it being less of a family friendly place to eat is if there was sports and beer. Plenty of places that offer that for better prices

The wings and the wedges were good! Staffs were very nice and friendly. I deducted 1 star because it took more than 15 minutes for food to come after ordering. I think they were short staffed as there were other people who were also waiting.

As a family of three, we have ordered from this location a handful of times. With that being said, every time we have ordered it has been exceptional quality for to go orders. Fresh, and hot! We typically spend $25-45 each visit and I can honestly say it is money well spent with no complaints. Which now a days, it is rare to keep consistent quality and service with every where being short staffed! Just a warning when ordering in person, and taking to go it can be a bit of a longer wait but none the less food was worth every dollar spent there and worth the wait!

Just ordered off grubhub. The restaurant took items off my check without notifying me. I ordered chicken wings from wing zone and didn’t even get the chicken wings. It was only comical because I wasn’t charged. I ordered Chinese instead…who always gets it right. So sad for American business’s and embarrassing to have piss poor customer service like this over and over again. I will never order from this example of how NOT to run a restaurant again.

I was extremely disappointed with WingZone. I placed an online order around 7:45 pm on a Sunday. The confirmation said that I could expect everything to be ready around 8:05. I arrived at the store a few minutes early and expected to wait to get my order. I did not expect to wait for 30 minutes for my order. I had been in the store for 10-15 minutes when I was told that they did have any tenders and asked if I would be ok with wings instead. I said yes and waited for those to be cooked. The staff was nice enough but they were clearly understaffed for the traffic that was going through the store. Secondly, the cheese fries had about a teaspoon of cheese on a regular (small?) order of fries. The sauce on the wings (honey Q?) tasted like a bottle of knockoff grocery store brand barbeque sauce that one finds in the back of the refrigerator that has been there for months. Finally, the price just does not match the quality of the food. I don’t mind paying a premium for good food but I feel like I paid far too much for the quality that I got .

The people working there are really nice and friendly. They keep the place very clean. It does take a while to prepare your order which isn’t ideal. The pretzel sticks were surprisingly good (better than auntie Anne) but the wings are subpar (even for it’s prices and type of survive). The sauces are very salty and the wings very dry.
