So I just had to come here and leave a review. I ordered wing zone many times before and never had an issue but tonight their service was terrible. I ordered meal for my family of 3, simple tender meals. I ordered via DoorDash. I paid extra and all for expedited delivery. Now prior to ordering I verified that they were still open. I placed my order and it was accepted and they began preparing it. A driver was located and he began to head to the store. The restaurant decided after having me wait 40 mins for them to prepare and have my driver start heading there to pick it up to cancel my order. I waited and to my dismay Wingzone canceled the order because they were closed. How is that if I was able to place the order, the store accept the order and prepare it but then cancel it. This is my last night ever being a customer with this establishment.

*update… it has now been 3 weeks and still haven’t received my refund from this place. This is robbery at this point and this place needs a total rebuild in how they do business. I used to be a regular here. Now I wouldn’t order from this place if I was starving to death.

I ordered online last night. I went to pick up the food and there was a note on the door stating “we are closed don’t ask papa johns” I want a refund my card was still charged but I never received my food because they were closed! I tried to call them and no answer! I want my money back.

I would not recommend this place unless as a last resort. Gal working the cash register had such a negative attitude like she didn’t want to be there, they couldn’t get our order correct; we paid for carrots and celery and they handed our bag of food without it. Thankfully we double checked and found the celery and carrots we paid for missing, as well as the marinara sauce missing for the cheese sticks! Once we got back to our place we found that some of the celery was bad! Overall not worth the hassle for what we paid in regards to the customer service, accuracy of the order and quality of the food

I don’t understand how you run a business with one person working. Went in to order food and was told you can only submit online orders from 11 AM to 6 PM because there’s no cashier and only the cook. That’s ok but when I went to look at placing the order online the prices for online orders are significantly higher than the prices on the brochure and the store. Why should I have to pay more because there’s no one working the cash register and only the cook available in the store? The gentleman who is the COOK was extremely nice and very apologetic. However, his hands were tied because he couldn’t do anything but cook. This is a very sad situation, considering we do not live local and wanted to try this establishment. The owners really need to reevaluate their business they are losing money by not adequately staffing the establishment and providing customer service
