My wife and I ordered wing zone for the first time this past Sunday before the AFC championship game and had a less than favorable experience. They texted me a survey to take and so I left a bad survey. 5 days later an employee contacted me and asked if they could make wings for us again because of the survey which I honestly never gave a second thought to. The Wings and experience were so much better and I really appreciate the company reaching out and making the situation right. Would 100% go back wings and sauce are great!

This place is a great find for quick and tasty food, and they’re open until midnight! Their menu selection is good, with burgers, salads, potato wedges and of course, wings. Both their traditional wings, with Buffalo Bliss sauce, and boneless wings with Thai Chili sauce, were of good size & quality. Satisfying flavor with lots of tasty sauce, and reasonably priced. The lady taking our order (I think she was the owner) was genuinely sweet & friendly too. I’ll definitely be going back many more times to give them my business.

Wing Zone is a joke! A real joke! I placed our online order at 3:45p on a Sunday afternoon. According to the Uber website our food would be delivered by 4:45p. I called the restaurant at 5:00p asking about our order. I was informed that after waiting for over an hour our food had not even been cooked yet! Whoever I spoke with told me that her driver didn’t come to work. Not my problem. If your driver doesn’t come in and you can’t deliver your food, then you cancel delivery and only accept pick up orders. She told me that she just started making our food and that she’d refund us our delivery fee. When I asked her if she was going to give us a discount on the order, she said she’d have to talk with her manager. No deal, all she was willing to refund was our delivery fee. That’s not very good customer service. You’re losing a good customer! We decided we won’t be back.
