So much potential…we keep coming back for that, but I think we’re done. Grossly Understaffed and under-trained. Food took too long. Apps came out cold. Entrees came out over-cooked. Waitress was non-existent (but I think she was alone and covering the whole floor). Bartender didn’t know how to make my drink. To the owner: this place could be so great. You need people with experience. Hope it comes together.

I ordered a medium rare burger. It took 45 minutes to get to me. And it was way over done and dry. The waitress didn’t have a care in the world she was to busy on her phone. Onion rings were terrible my wife’s wings were cold. When we said something about the food being wrong she just disappeared without saying a word. Well never return such a waste on a potentially good restaurant.

They have terrible service at this location. Last time we ate in our food took over 45 minutes. It was not busy at all and our poor waitress kept checking on it and said the manager was cursing at her for asking where it was. People who came in way after us were getting their food first. Then we got to go orders another time and it wasn’t ready until twenty minutes after it was supposed to be. We waited and waited at the drive thru and no explanation or anything. So we went in. And there were only three tables in there.

My family and I have been here several times, mostly because we had kids meal coupons, but every time we seem to leave disappointed and have finally chosen to make this our last visit. It’s never really busy but servers seem to disappear. After we got our food this evening we never saw our server again- it was a hostess (?) that stopped by once for refills and once to check in where we asked for the check.

I really love that this location has a drive-thru and use it fairly often to pick-up carryout. The food is always good but is only what ordered about 40% of the time. There is almost always something missing and they usually mess up the sauce modification on my order. I will continue to come back but if you are a picky eater, be warned!

Have not been in for sometime. But sad to say not much has improved. Kitchen is mess. Did not receive our food till we complained and two other tables received their food after arriving 15 minutes after us. Woefully understaffed with bartenders taking orders out on the floor. We will not be going in again.

Chicken was way overcooked and small. Almost $2 each they should be bigger than what I was served. O Rings were ok, surprised no special dipping sauce. My Girlfriend had a chicken sandwich, ordered buffalo but it wasn’t. More bread than chicken.

What a great meal! My husband had the salmon sandwich and he said it was flaky and thick. He loved it. I had the cauliflower wings and they were excellent! We will definitely go back. The staff were friendly and helpful and we enjoyed the ambience and decor!
