The food was good . Our service was good. We got seated quickly and received our food fast . The only reason I am giving a 4 is because my daughter’s burger came out wrong and had to be remade and also another kids meal came out about 10ish minutes after everyone’s food and also had a small mistake it was suppose to have apples and he got fries. Our waiter fixed both of the mess ups quickly. Our kids didn’t even notice the mistakes. So we understand that these happen sometimes. We still felt we had a great experience with good food.

My boyfriend and I come to this location often and sit at the bar. Our last visit, we had our son was with us who is in town from the Naval Academy so we decided to sit at a high top. It was not busy at all and received the worst service by a server who had long blonde hair in a ponytail. She took our order which was all correct, but the food quality was poor and she didn’t seem to care and seem bothered when we told her our nachos didn’t have jalapeño peppers. And then our bacon cheeseburger had HALF of a strip of bacon and again our server didn’t seem to care or ask if we can get another piece. Not once did she ask how everything tasted. As a former server, it should be 2 minutes 2 bites to check on your table. Again the place was not busy at all and I see a bunch of servers just sitting down not doing anything. So disappointed.

Came in tonight around 10 pm wanted to sit at the bar but the blonde lady was already cleaning everything off as she was closing it down and she had a nasty attitude. I come here ALOT and usually have great service ! Just wondering why she was closing up 2 hours before y’all closed . So I set at a table with my friends food was amazing per usual!! Our server Stephanie was great . Definitely will be back but never will we have her to serve us Geesh ! Get a new bartender

My son picked me up an almost $40.00 carry out order on 06/25/23. I could never be convinced, that the bone-in wings that I received, had been ordered dine-in, they wouldn’t have served those wings to a dine-in customer! They were ABSOLUTELY the worst wings I have ever TRIED to eat! They were HARD, EXTREMELY DRY, and TOUGH! I ended up throwing more than half away! What a waste of $$$$. They were probably left over from several days ago. They even had and OLD smell! I know restaurants don’t always throw out pre-cooked food, but store it for the next DAY. I will NEVER again order anything from ANY of yours stores! I would not recommend BW&R wings to any human being. NEVER AGAIN!

MVP Chicken was a but thin and they barely sauced it but the fries were perfect. Shrimp could’ve been fried a tiny bit longer onion rings were pretty good. Dessert was very marshmellowy but the best I’ve tasted in awhile
