Although Christian, the young gentleman who too my order seemed pleasant, the food quality at this franchise has significantly decreased over the years. I’m from out of town on a trip and was extremely disappointed in my choice of dinner tonight. Wings were greasy, the order was incorrect, mozzarella cheese was rubbery, and the celery sticks were brown. Sadly, I will continue to avoid supporting this place.

We get very consistent food and service at this BWR location. There have been a few cases of slow service, but they are few and far between. But the food is always great, we’ve never been disappointed. And they are always coming out with cool new menu items. It has pretty much completely replaced Buffalo Wild Wings for us!

So the food was amazing !!!! The wings are just perfect !!! Love the sauces !!! Potato wedges and so good!!! And the pretzel bites are next level!!! Unfortunately there seemed to be a problem with some tablets which caused us to wait a while for drinks. Our waitress seemed very overwhelmed by the tablets not working properly. The service wasn’t poor by no means but definitely off. I feel bad for our waitress it was very busy with lots of large groups, so I’m sure it wasn’t easy or fun. Unfortunately, it did come across in the service. I hate to even mention it, but it did play a part in how our experience was. I’m look forward to revisiting this location , it had a nice setup and very clean. Again, the food was great . I would like to give it a chance when things are working properly.

Unfortunately we had a terrible waitress who was completely confused the entire evening. She asked us 3 different times if she could take our drink orders, brought out the wrong food, didn’t refill our drinks, took forever to do anything. When we asked for our checks, she went over to another table and chatted for about 10 minutes.

We’ve been to this place several times for carryout. It’s time we decided to eat in and just relax I had their buffalo chicken sandwich which was excellent the chicken was cooked perfectly and what made it over the edge was the bacon. Our meals were superb and the service was excellent as well can’t wait to go back to get it was busy and loud so if you do not like loud places this may not be the place for you but it’s a great restaurant to catch a game or what’s your favorite sporting event

Got pickles to snack on while waiting for to go order. Not bad but very salty! Wings were out of this world!! Got bone in for a change they were big and awesome! Got a side of Ghost Pepper Ranch… I like but this instantly burned as soon as it hit my tongue. I put some in a dish and added my own ranch to calm it down some. Hubby got Bourbon BBQ and Korean.. both delicious I got Mango Habanero and Hot Garlic and Cajun!! Yummers. Hit Blueberry BBQ for hubby and he loved it. P. S. All the employees who took care of us were awesome too! Bar keep and 2 at front door! Thanks Christine and Mike

Second time ordering from this location both was order and pick up. First time a year ago cause just moving to area was Dry crunchy over cooked barely sauced for favor. First time as new resident in March of 2022. Then over seeing first visit as just a just a issue. Decided to give a another chance and order for pick again order 40 wings at location after getting home after picking up order it was even worst then the first order dry out wing bone in sauce was very light if anyband boneless which while chewing found gristle and dry Also. Will NEVER GET MY BUSINESS AGAIN Was even more Disappointed because I paid $56 because for 40 wings that was Crunchy because of dehydration and dry from lack of sauce didn’t even want to Waste my gas driving back up there. But more Disappointed that I couldn’t eat for leftover for lunch at work the next day!!!!!
