I love everything here. Great job. Great food. Great seasoning. I think they should do their own delivery. The last deliver I got from Door Dash, my fries were gone, and the food was cold. I didn’t blame them, I was just glad I got it. I’m drive to the restaurant and pick up my food now. It’s still good.

Terrible Terrible customer service me and my husband ordered dinner to eat I ordered wings in fries he ordered wings and shrimp in a chicken sandwich in a drink for each combo… First off it took our food 45mins to get to us then when we got the food they brought it out cold We asked why it took so long the guy that took our order said we had other orders online as we’ll, for us as if our order didn’t matter then he only wrong my husband up for one chicken sandwich in not his full meal then we had to wait for them to again make are food because it was cold…then the girl that brought out my husband chicken sandwich said they said if you want to place the order they forgot your going to have to pay for it..a bunch of unprofessional kids working there. will never eat there again! unprofessional kids working there Terrible customer service quality of the food wasn’t great as well like they just rushed for our food.

My husband and I like to support businesses during the holidays because we know that can be a hard time for some. We performed a Google search for a good wing place and this restaurant appeared in the results. Due to all of the positive reviews, we decided to visit Wings Cafe LLC on Labor day. Very confused about all of these positive reviews. We paid roughly $28.00+ for 8 small, hard, tasteless Boneless Wings, half cooked Jalapeno Popper’s and two slices of Catfish w/coleslaw (just look at the pictures). Furthermore, we actually drove 45 minutes to get to this location. Definitely not worth the price or the trip. Two stars for the good customer service.

The best kept Wing secret in KC. This location is so clean with the friendliest staff. My food is always fresh and never disappoints! Try the lemon pepper wings or the hot Buffalo, as you can… I couldn’t decide! The corn nuggets are delicious and perfect if you enjoy a sweet and salty combination like me!

Not much of an atmosphere. Nice menu variety and they give you plenty. Cocktail sauce they gave me was frozen both times. Don’t know why they give you tartar sauce in single serve packages though. Bleu cheese dressing is lacking any punch. Server staff was very nice. Need to clean bird poop off outdoor settings.

The flavor of the fish was tasty but definitely didn’t taste like it was fried to order fresh. Also it was decieving saying it was an “8 piece”. It wasn’t, it was a small piece of white fish CUT UP into smaller sections lol. Maybe I’ll order the whole pieces next time.
