Order takeout and they said they would let me know send a message within 20 minutes or 30 and I never got the message to go till I finally went 40 minutes because I got tired of waiting and the tater tots and fries were soggy and wet. I ordered 50 wings and they barley had any sauce very disappointed.

Basically our server failed to remember different things ordered in our group failed to provide refills for most of us; didn’t bother to see if people wanted a second beer, tea’s or water. Then a hostess was rude beyond belief when she Basically screamed to people waiting for a table we should be leaving — So much for ordering dessert and celebrating our son’s wedding with his new bride of 4 days . Fact was there were two tables for 6, a high top for 6– no one had to wait to be seated if the hostess would have done her job correctly . Sorry will not be back anytime soon and frankly there are better places for wings . Will not be recommending this place.

The food was good. I tried the mahalo que sauce. It was sweet with a spicy after taste. We also got loaded nachos which aren’t as good as they could be. I’d suggest adding meat to it because they don’t put a lot of chili on it. The service was slow for a Tuesday and not being very busy. I also had a cranberry vodka and they didn’t cheap out on the vodka which is a plus. Overall, I’d return.

If I could give zero stars… I would. We took our family here for dinner tonight and quickly regretted it. Our appetizers came out very well done (loaded tots and pretzel bites). The guy who brought them out said the cooks dropped half the tots on the ground and was remaking more for us. Whatever. We ate them. Except the other half never came. Then we waited… and waited… for food. It wasn’t busy either. When our food came the boneless wings were over cooked and had almost no sauce on them. I ordered the chicken Caesar wrap. It’s supposed to be grilled chicken, but it was breaded. Again… I just said whatever and started to eat it. Except I quickly noticed there was almost no chicken. It was little pieces of chicken breading but really no meat and almost none. It was obvious everything had been sitting for a while before we got it. The server took off my wrap, but still charged us for half an order tots…. Even though it wasn’t even half. Needless to say we will never be back here again. We love Wings Etc, but this location is horrible.

Stood by the wait to be seated sign with my kid for 6 minutes no one was there. All you can hear is people laughing it up in the kitchen. We left, unhappy child. Only 1 table with people, not busy. How about hiring people that work. Very unprofessional

My first time at this establishment… I ordered the pretzel bites, a garden salad and the loaded cowboy burger. The pretzel bites were burned. I don’t even know what to say about the salad… The burger- I opened it up to put the bbq sauce on and the onion rings were so burned you almost couldn’t even make out that it was onion rings. The bun was dry. The curly fries were like they were cooked previously and then refried but ironically they were cold. They took $5 off my order. I would have expected them to remake my food or even an apology but neither… I won’t be going back any time soon

Not all Wings etc are equal. We eat at these restaurants all the time and the one in Goshen is really bad. The food was disgusting and overcooked. In the wraps and tacos there was no chicken, just the breaded pieces that come out of deep fryer that cant be counted as boneless wings. The mac was cold. Overall service was not great and as well and my view of the franchise has changed. I think management there needs to take a hard look at their kitchen for starters.
