Red head girl with braids started taking our order (was cold and rude but we shrugged it off). But then, she decided to take a 30 minute break in the middle of us telling her the order, didn’t say anything but “be right back” after we specified a sauce for one of the meals, then just left for a little over 30 minutes. Poor guy in the back came out to give another customer their order and ring them up, then had to take our entire order again. Food was cold due to the lack of help this guy had. Poor guy was by himself making a sizable order for my somewhat larger party. No complaint about him. It wasn’t his fault. We came in late so I understand not having more people helping. However, it really irked me to have our cashier leave in the middle of taking our order, wait over an hour in total for “fast food”, half of our order being cold or dry or both AND some of the order was wrong or missing something. Spent over $100 on wings and it was even more of a disappointment when they weren’t even warm or correct sauces. If guy would’ve had the help I’m sure he was supposed to, it would’ve been fine. Red headed girl needs to either not work since she clearly didn’t want to and quit, or do the job she’s getting paid for. If it was an emergency, then let us know you need some time or let the other gentleman working there know. I wouldn’t need all the details of where you are going and what you are doing but at least let anybody know if that was the case. We had time to sit down and wanted to dine in on arrival, but wasn’t possible after, as it was then 15 minutes past closing. Worst experience at a Wings Over and will not go to this one again.

My family and I went into Wings Over Fairfield today since we haven’t been and over a year. We were greeted with attitude and when my wife said we need a minute she then stormed off to the back and said to her co worker they needed more time with the biggest attitude!!! We walked out and will not be back. Sad because food is good but I can not support a company that employs terrible staff.

The staff are never friendly, they are no where to be seen. When I came in I had to say “Hello!” To get someone to appear from the back. Secondly I ordered online, food wasn’t ready, but somehow everything was soggy how was it not ready yet it was soggy?!! They were “still preparing it” long after the time expected yet the food wasn’t anywhere near fresh. I asked for my wings to be well done but yes they were soggy. For the amount they charge I’d expect the wings to be well over mediocre but I guess I was wrong. I also recommend double checking the bag even after they staple it because somehow they always manage to leave something out.

This was my first and will be my last experience at this restaurant. Never had I had to wait over 40 minutes for “fast” food.I could’ve accepted this if I had a big order or if it was packed at the restaurant. It is most unfortunate that there were several people behind the kitchen mostly talking about drama outside of their job. To add insult to injury, there were a couple of people who ordered after me that got their food before me.

I was hoping for some saucy boneless wings but they were a bit dry. Buffalo chicken burger with waffle fries were good though. We also ordered their new tender sandwich (comes in pair) was delicious. I recommend that you call a head of time to order to avoid the long wait.

I cannot tell you about their food but my grandson loves them. I bought him a gift card there for Christmas. He went in early February ordered his food and when he went to use card.told him it expired. He had no cash and was with friends. He had no food and was embarrassed. I’m extremely angry and gift cards are not supposed to expire.

Really bad customer service. I was a walk-in customer and wanted to take a set of wings to a friend’s place. Ordered a 25 wing takeout around 6 in the evening and was told that it would take about 20mins. A little later the staff rotated out of its shift and the new person started asking those who were waiting about their orders. She said it would take them 35-40mins and the previous person lied!!! This was already 6:15. While the new cust. service rep. may have just taken over and you may have tons of orders but really the service is just pathetic. There was another gentleman waiting and his ordeal was no less – he had made the “mistake” of pre-ordering a large order at 11 in the morning to be picked up at 6. He finally left the store at 6:30!!
