I ordered wings, a chicken sandwich and their hottest wings. Let’s start with the good. The employee behind the counter was very polite and informative. I was disappointed the menu on Google Maps wasn’t up to date. They no longer serve ribs. I wanted to be impressed by the food but sadly if “Meh” was a chicken restaurant it would be “Wings Over Rutgers”. Their hottest wings weren’t hot, they were spicy but not really hot. The California sauce(I think that’s what it was called) was sweet but plain. The place isn’t bad but it’s not good enough for me to go again. Spicy Chicken from Wendy’s is much better. Save yourself the trip. Oh…I ordered Tots and got waffle fries instead. Not cool.

First and last time I’ll order from the place. Purchased an 8 piece through Uber eats, and it was 2 tenders short. I called to let them know and the person who answered told me to “…either come here and we’ll make you the two tenders or just get a refund through Uber.”

I went to this place for all my 4 years at rutgers bc it was so good. They usually don’t miss, but when they do, the manager gives you a personal call to apologize + recompensate. Im not saying that so you can abuse the feedback system (bc you shouldn’t ). I’m saying that bc it’s a testament to how great this place and their customer service is. Shout out to the general manager Nicole – I hope I didn’t get anyone in trouble.

Tasty food, friendly service. I love the flavour variety. Some of my favourite flavours are Kickin’ BBQ and honey mustard. The waffle fries are good too. There is just something so satisfying about having a box of yummy chicken.
