Some things could be better, but we have rarely had any issues with the freshness or taste of our wings. The only problem we ever encounter is the amount of time it takes to get our wings when we order via phone. This particular day there were only 2 people working but they were nice and working hard and very accommodating and apologetic so… I will take it over burnt, dry, and overpriced wings from wing stop!

When I walked in there the guy taking the orders seemed so pleasant. When I say I will never ever come back to this place I mean just that. So they didn’t have the exotic drink (4.99) I ordered that’s fine so I said can I replace it with a family fry (4.99) she said sure. I know that’s not a family sized fry! How can we support each other when we act the way that we do. The manager or whoever she is need a to realized your energy is what sets the tone. GROW UP or GO HOME customer service is EVERYTHING!

Went to lunch here while in town for business. Absolutely delicious wings! I got the Cajun ranch and Hawaiian barbecue and also a wing egg roll. The Cajun ranch was spicy and ranchy. No other way to really describe it other than delicious. Hawaiian barbecue was tangy and sweet like pineapple with a hint of soy sauce. That eggroll was fire as well! I loved the extra spicy duck sauce it came with. The fries were good too! They were big and Cajun-spiced as well! Definitely remembering this spot the next time I’m in town!

This was my brother and I first time at Wing World in Lancaster. I was Very impressed with the service provided. They were very informative about the wing flavors and what the level of heat would be. They made suggestions on what the best selling wings are and what they are mostly sold out of. It was a wonderful experience. I will definitely be coming back.

I don’t know happened the food used to be on point but they have NEVER been on time they say your food will be ready in 20min get there and have to wait another 20-30 minutes. I ordered a 30 piece family meal the orka, wing rolls and fries were way too salty unedible. The wing’s were over cooked and they didn’t even give me the sauce for the wing rolls or the 2 extra ranch that I ordered. I’m not sure I’ll be going back very disappointed
