I ordered through DoorDash which I know has extra fees… however the order I received for what I paid was pathetic. I ordered the 30 wing pack and it cost me $100.. they were the smallest wings I’ve literally ever seen. I had to reorder through our local wing shop. Same amount of wings for half the cost and look at the difference in size… see photo

Ordering in person is a miserable experience. Front of store had to be an automaton seeking for online orders and afraid to talk to human beings. Sitting down to wait for my meal to be ready and there is garbage everywhere. I’m assuming it is all a staffing issue and owner is too cheap to pay for good help. Thanks for the sub par 15$ chicken wings.

The food is really good but there was a d***head cashier who yelled at me because I took my online order I paid for without waiting for someone to give it to me and take the receipt. I was unaware of the importance of waiting for them because at similar places there’s a rack near the door for orders where you take the order and every other place you order food in existence gives YOU the receipt and the frustration on his end was really unwarranted. And it was not like they had thought the order was stolen because i took it two seconds before he yelled at me and he saw me take it. This was my second experience with the place. Not coming back.

I placed an order and spoke with someone live at 11:50am today. . I never got a receipt. I called wingstop to speak with someone to get a copy of the receipt. The first employee I got was very nice and trying to help. Then the manager came on the phone started yelling at me saying that I’ve been wasting his staff’s time, and that I spoke with an automated system not a real person. For this very condescending manager, be advised that I know the difference between an automated system and a real person. I know you say no live person takes orders, but actually they did. Anyway after all of this, you hung up on me while i was trying to explain that i need a receipt. So let me just say, this situation is not going away this easily… and i will be taking this elsewhere until my situation is remedied. It is atrocious how this manager speaks to people!!! This manager was on shift today 7/20/23 and i spoke with him at 2:45pm. His behavior was unprofessional, aggressive, rude, and disrespectful! Wingstop needs to do better for the people of Worcester!

ok so, let me just say, i was VERY excited to try this delicacy i’ve seen all over the inter web. I was with my close acquaintance, and since we were both extremely hungry, starving even, we decided to get the twenty pc boneless wings with cajun corn. We decided to get four different flavors, five wings each; mango habanero, garlic parmesan, korean, and hot. We were very excited for the food to arrive… little did we know, it would be our worst nightmare… we started by opening up the ; a SOGGY, WET NIGHTMARE came upon our lives. We decided to give it the benefit of the doubt, and we opened up the wings… HORRIBLY PACKAGED!!!!! They all came in ONE to-go container, and were only separated by 4 lousy, thin pieces of paper with “WINGSTOP” written all over them; as if they were proud of their lackluster packaging and soggy wings. Nonetheless, we dug in. We started with the mango habanero. They were extremely disappointing, but still one of the better ones. We ate 2 each and just decided to go onto the next: korean. The WORST wings I have ever had in my entire 43 years of painful existence. We didn’t even finish the wings and went on to garlic parmesan. There was a pool of wet seasoning on the bottom, we took one bite and we were DONE! Now, we were onto the last of the wings; the OG hot! I was so excited, but not because of the wings, because we were almost done! They were okay, but bland and soggy. WORST CHICKEN IVE EVER HADDD!!!! Wingstop, yea okay bud, more like wingHORRIBLE

I wish I could give service negative stars. Ordered a pretty big order at 5:15pm. Received my order at 6:20pm. Delivered by GrubHub. I had it delivered because my husband was at work & I didn’t have a car to go pick it up. I live on the other side of the city. Unpacked the order. It was all wrong. Called the store. Just rang & rang. Nobody answered. I wait until 9 pm when my husband got home. Went to the store. Walk in. Wait 10 minutes for one of the 3 employees to realize there’s someone standing there. Had to listen to the cook ranting about another employee, swearing up a storm. Dropping the fbomb & the n word left and right loudly. The girl comes over. I explain the issue. She asks to see my order. I flip my phone in her direction so she can see my order. I get ” Don’t throw your phone at me!”. Which I didn’t. “I packed this order & it was right!” Ummm no it wasn’t. Missing things, things I didn’t order etc. Got nothing but attitude from her. Had an excuse for everything. Not her fault my order was wrong or the phone was off. Then one of the other cooks was standing in the doorway staring at me rolling his eyes. I said fine I’ll come back & talk to the manager. She states “he’s way worse me & he’ll throw you out!” So to the owner of this franchise…..You should be more selective on who you hire to represent your store. You have potential to have a great store. Foods decent. Too bad you have subpar employees.

My Orders get screwed up pretty often. However they are always quick to fix the issue and support customers. Shout out to Chrissy. I came in hot and heavy however she came in very professional and, with empathy handled the situation. Staff like that is 1 in a mill. The Owner/Manager needs to realize who they have here.
