I ordered my food online and waited 45 minutes before I went to pick it up. When I arrived, I waited over 20 minutes before the employee even acknowledged me. He was rude to the customers and even used profanity when speaking to a customer. The food orders were being processed, but the server wasn’t calling out the order numbers. When I finally received my order, one of items was missing. I had to wait 10 minutes before I could get the server’s attention. It took over 30 minutes to get my missing item. So what should have been a fast pickup turned into over an hour and a half. I was disappointed with the Cajun corn, which was too spicy and overcooked. Lemon pepper chicken was fried too hard and dry. I’ll never order from this location again.

Every time I or my husband (a restaurant manager himself) comes to this ostensibly-fast food place, we’re either waiting an age for our food, they get our order wrong, or are flat out turning people away if they didn’t order online. The place was slammed tonight, only had three staff members in the restaurant, and one of them was leaning on the counter the whole half hour he was waiting while the room filled up with yet more customers.

Placed my order online it said 15-20 minutes. I showed up 20 minutes after I placed my order and had to wait another 40 minutes for my food. There were about 5 other people waiting inside and several cars parked outside waiting for their order. This was my first time ordering from here. I will not be coming back ! Horrible customer service !

I regret to say that my experience at WingStop was far from satisfactory, warranting a mere 1 out of 5 stars. The service was underwhelming, with disinterested staff and a noticeable lack of attentiveness to customer needs. Given the myriad of dining options available, I cannot recommend WingStop based on this unfortunate encounter.

The big black girl and the Mexican papi that was working the night shift on July 28, 2023 was very disrespectful to my man and I. Mind you we were the last order to pick up but when we came to pick it up the big black women was screaming at us for our name for the order and handed us the meal angrily. So we got angry food and then out of all drinks we get Seltzer water when we asked for sprite. So we went back after they closed to get the drink fixed and Mexican papi open the door and he very aggressive and he screaming not understanding what we are telling him and flips out on us saying he worked a double today. He was frantically running and in a rush and look as if he may have taking something idk but this was by far my worst experience here food was great tho

Me and my cousin placed two large timed orders the day before the super bowl to be ready at 6pm. We went right in and our order was ready right on time and everything was all there. Employees were very friendly and helped me find my bag among the mountain of other bags ready for take out. Food was very good. Made my super bowl party that much better. Great Wingstop location
