I ordered mango habanero and garlic Parmesan. When I received my wings, I was in shock. The wings looked as if I ordered plain wings. They didn’t take the time to cook the wings throughout and also put any type of sauce or Parmesan on the wings. when I called the store to let them know about the situation the team leader stated that they will talk to the manager about a solution when I spoke to him again for a follow up he claims that his manager said I will have to seek a refund through DoorDash. I was only asking for my wings to be redone (nothing extra) He got very upset and rude and actually cursed on the phone. After ordering for 5 year from them. I will never order from this store again I would rather drive to another location. UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISAPPOINTING.

If I could, I wouldn’t give this restaurant any stars at all! Very unprofessional and downright nasty. You walk in and no one acknowledges you or even takes your order right away. I ordered 50 wings and 2 sides of fries. Seasoned fries and Cheese fries. Me and my family were fasting so we went to pickup the food at 7:15. I picked up the order and went home and checked. They had put all the sides and forgot the dip and the wings. How do you forgot the main part of the order. Anyways I went back told them about my order. Then they said they would fix it and they’re sorry. They took a really long time to make everything. They made fresh seasoned fries. But didn’t do anything to the cheese fries they were still cold. Then I was going to make sure if everything was right but my family was starving so I had to hurry up and if they messed up my order again it wasnt worth going back to fix it. I got home and checked the order their were a random amount of wings it was like 28 or something. We ordered 50 20 boneless and 30 regular. There was a 10 boneless and like 18 regular. Ordered Lemon pepper, Louisiana rub, and hot honey wings classic. All barely had any of there respective seasoning on them. Easily the worst wingstop I’ve ever been to. The blue cheese was very thin like it was watered down. Stay away from this wingstop. To pay this much for food I would rather have went to the chicken shack.

1st time there. Love the look, very clean and new business. The food took some time so I would recommend ordering ahead of time about 20 mins for pick up. They seem to get busy during lunch (go figure). Its definitely worth the wait the food was exceptional and service given from the owner. I will recommend this place to family and friends.

This place is dreadfully understaffed. Waited 30 minutes for an order of 10 wings. Should have picked either of the restaurants next to this place. They have a lot of GrubHub business so walk ins are not a priority as evidenced by the poor state of the bathroom (smelled terrible and no TP), the dining room sink (not working), and having to wait 5 minutes at the counter before someone took a break from bagging orders and came to the register. …at least the wings were pretty good!

very very disappointed terrible service, terrible cooking not satisfying at all. the garlic parmesean did not have and ounce of garlic. louisiana rub had no rub no seasoning whatsoever. a waste of my hard earned money. the lady working the register customer service was terrible!!!! i had to repeat my order 3 times 3times for 20 piece wings. she needs to be fired. who ever the cook was tonight march 24th friday night needs to be fired. this is not my first time at this particular wingstop and i have not had a good experience anytime. this was my 4th time actually and it will be my last. i will go back to cooking my own wings for the price of that terrible terrible terrible service. very very very very disappointing service and culinary professionalism. I SHOULD BE ABLE TO GIVE YOU NEGATIVE 5 STARS.
