The young lady at the register was very polite and informative. This is my first time at this place because my husband normally buys it and just orders for me. So I needed more help than the average and she was very helpful! After she took my order she proceeded to the back to help out her fellow coworkers and I thought that was great (especially because I was hungry)!

if i could give this a 0 i would but i can’t so i give this a 1. there are too many bad things to review about in in one review. i don’t usually write essays but i will for this one. service is absolutely terrible like it is astronomical. me and my group walk in and 2 people ordered online the rest was going to order in store. we walked in at 11:10 (they close at midnight it’s literally on the sign outside). we ask them to take our orders and we were ignored. so we continue to wait until we receive our mobile orders. they made our food without gloves btw. they finally respond to us after ignoring us and it’s currently 11:33. they say they can not take anymore orders because and i quote “i’m out of here by 12” even though it’s 11:30 (we have evidence of us being at 11:10). tbh i give them a 5/5 for their attitude. the manager came out rubbing her eyes from her sleep and her attitude was worse and they said we had a bad attitude. we argued for a while then at the end we walked away after being threatened.they refuse to give us the drink that we ordered with the mobile order and threatened to call the cops on us again. my entire group was starved and scared of the service and we’re only teenage girls. at the end the food was disgusting and missing items. reading the other reviews this isn’t the first time because the issue isn’t being solved. this place MUST be shut down. i said what needed to be said.

Not the greatest service and was very rude! I placed an order for four of us at work (a total of $82.00), and picked up. When I got to the office one of the orders was missing. We immediately called and informed them, spoke to the manager who was very rude and said she packed it herself and it was there. They did not have anyone to deliver so was supposed to receive a credit for that one item. Never got it. Very disappointed in this wingstop location. Will not be going there again.

Horrible customer service. I arrived at the store and told them that I was there for a pick up, they are saying is going to take a minute, we are packing it up, after 15 min i ask what’s going on?! The order was ready, they just needed to hand it to me. Same thing happened to me many times before. Their staff is always super rude. I don’t recommend it at all!!

It Was my second time coming here and unfortunately second time having the same issue. It’s an additional charge for sauce on the side and the sauces were not in the bag. Kindly went back inside to get what was forgotten and the staff was not kind to the situation and was going to re- charge me for sauces i already paid for and had not received. Then an employee from the back noticed the mistake and the other staff member up front rudely handed me the bag.

I’m not sure where all the negative reviews come from but honestly my babies and I come quite frequently (only location we’ll patron) and we’ve never had anything other than great experiences. We’ve become so familiar with faces that I joke around and tell them although our food is good when they’re not there, we know when we see the older lady and gentleman we know it’s going to be great. Lol

I couldn’t even last long enough to order. The smell inside made my whole group want to throw up. To top it off the floor was super sticky and it was very dirty. I honestly would not eat at this location. Be safe.

we love wingstop… but something is always missing whenever we order from this specific location. it’s ridiculous and totally unfair cause we drive 10-15 min to pick up the food. my friends whole entire meal is missing from our dinner order

if i could give 0 stars i would, my boyfriend does door dash and he got a delivery to pick up from this location. the manager with the long red braided hair decided to close early and refused to give out the door dash order. if you’re open till midnight, you stay open till midnight my bosses would have killed me if i closed early, regardless if it’s a popular chain or not.
