Food was delivered promptly, but the wing had feathers on them… There were no individual napkins and no garbage disposals for eat in disposal. It’s the worst fries I’ve ever tasted. I was offered a refund on three wings of which I refused. I was turned off by seeing those feathers . The restaurant was clean and tidy that’s a plus ➕️.

Our order was incorrect. Luckily, the workers were able to correct it. However, the wings are too small. I would have rather gone to Buffalo Wild Wings. We also ordered seasoned and unseasoned fries. The seasoned fries tasted sweet, and it was weird. The unseasoned fries tasted better. The corn is also okay.

The young girl who took my order online was totally rude and everything she said ended with obviously. I get to wing stop after 15 minutes and my order was never placed. So I had to place my order again. I asked LIAM the cashier, is there a manger and he started giving me the runaround. I asked for the girls name who took my order online he never gave me that either. Liam finally gave me JEN’s the managers number who never called me back, after an hour waiting for a return call. So I went online and got the corporate number. I felt like this was definitely a RACIAL issue. I guess since I was not a Latin person I received no respectful customer service. By the way everyone in The Wharton NJ wing stop was Latin. Including JEN the manager. Do better wing stop. You lost another customer.

I have veered away from Wingstop over the last few years due to bad experiences in the Edison area, but this location nailed it. The guy who took my order would ask my name and keep doing his own thing. Had to repeat twice, Angela. In the end he still managed to mess it up and put in Angie instead and left the store. Workers there were very confused when I was asking for my order. They kept asking for the receipt that they never gave me in the first place. The whole ordeal was very frustrating having to prove that the order was actually mine. The workers who saw that I was the one placing the order pretended to not know anything.
