Best wings in Morristown! This is a small place but has a few tables to eat in. Can get a little busy, so using the app to order can help. All orders are made fresh while you wait. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Nice selection of sauces for your individual taste. I love the BBQ. Better than Buffalo Wild Wings. Free parking in the rear and military/ first responder discount.

Picked up original hot sandwich from here and it was dry. It came along with ranch but it could have used some more sauces. Chicken was also not well covered in sauce, there was one dry patche on a patty. Two stars because chicken was at least soft and not chewy.

Food is good but the service not so much. I was on the phone with these people trying to figure out where my order that said delivered was and they hung up on me. Like hearing the phone ring when you’re trying to resolve an issue is very disrespectful.

Order done wrong. Asked to drive long distance back to pick up replacement order. On arrival, no new order made. Instead, made to re-explain issue to manager. Then, told — by manager — that another manager off-site would have to be called to approve the order fix. Waited 15 mins to get this other manager’s approval which was only to fix the order half way “as a courtesy”. Waited another 20 mins for the new partially fixed order. Will NEVER eat at that location again.

So glad that this location is finally open! It is conveniently close to downtown and few minutes walk to the brewery and closer to home compared with the other locations. The staff is great and patient. The food is delicious, we got several types of boneless wings, seasoned fries and cheese fries all devoured within minutes of getting home! Looking forward for our next visit to this location!

So happy this location opened! I’ve been going to the Wharton one but this one is a lot closer to home. Great food and service! Staff was wonderful. Love all the different flavor options they have. Boneless chicken wings and the new burger is delicious (and I’m very picky with my chicken). Try the Brownie too (it’s a must). Definitely will be going back.

Just the attitude on the phone when I called to order food was, “yeah yo hold. Took an order and got back on said what’s up. Oh wait, Wingstop, what do you need. ” yea I’ll pass. If service is like that, I can imagine the wings not being cooked or great.
