Although relatively new place in it town. This particular Wingstop is consistently slow. I always order a head and I still have to wait 20 minutes when I will get there. On my last visit the app said it will be 14 to 19 minutes. I made my order at 5:14 p.m. after my 20 minutes wait inside the store which negates ordering ahead I received my order at 5:49. On top of that I want to get sweet tea out of the fountain. It wasn’t sweet tea and very light. There’s only one girl at the count and she seems overwhelmed because a lot of people are coming in. I have to waiting an incredibly long time for my food now I have to wait for them to fix the machine. Well I guess I don’t have to. I’m going to leave.

The employees are very friendly and accommodating. The lemon pepper chicken wings were fried to perfection with ample amount of lemon pepper seasoning. Just make sure to specify that you want your wings fried extra crispy if you want them crispy.

I usually order off Uber eats but today I wanted to pick it up so I ordered over the phone. Crystal answered and she sounded so professional with the greeting! I complimented her and then I began to explain that I never order over the phone. She stayed on the call with me ( they were not extremely busy during this time) due to me not being familiar with online payment through their website. She waited until my order came through to their system just so she can make sure it was right ! She was super accommodating and super sweet! I hope everyone answers the phone like crystal because she was a breath of fresh air! – btw every time I order my food from here… it’s great. They never miss anything and are always willing to accommodate.

The Sahara desert. vivid, bright, full of awe and majesty. That is not what I would use to describe wing stop. Instead, a more accurate parallel would be dryness. As soon as a wing entered my mouth all of the saliva was sucked out as the water molecules were evaporated by the aridness of the reheated chicken. It would be a disservice to all of the fundamental principles of my being to not include the fact that there was not much sauce. I would have a better chance of having some sauce in a salt mine. If this wasn’t enough, there was a strange man walking around the establishment, scaring customers away, including me. I was out on a date trying to put up a big strong man front when this scary dude ruined my chances and made me whimper like a girl. Truly an embarrassment. The fries were okay. They were the oasis in this desert. And the girl too.

It was a terrible experience, I received my food very cold. It was as if it were sitting there from a previous order and they just gave it to me. When I told them about this politely and asked if they could remake the fries , they told me no and that it’s my fault the food is cold. They also proceeded to tell me that I’m not entitled to a refund. The manager started to speak in another language and they employees started to laugh. Unfortunately, this made me really uncomfortable and I felt like I was being discriminated against. I wouldn’t wish that on anyone. They do not offer refunds and if there is an issue with your order they also will not remake it or even reheat it up for you. Please be mindful of this!
