Had a big order with many different wings. Everything tasted great but nothing was labeled so it took a bit to figure out whose food was whose. They should have a labeling system for the wings so you can tell what flavor is what.

My husband likes their wings but we got delivery and they were quite bad. Skin was chewy, fries were limp and it just didn’t hit the spot. He says they are better dine-in but not sure if I’ll try it again. We spent over $50 on wings for 2 ppl so I expect better.

service horrible I ordered way before 4 other people pickup and dine in normally don’t complain but I had a show to catch there all on there phones texting talking when I finally said something the girl asked came back they didn’t even start my order it’s gonna b another 7 minute wait my fries where getting cold waiting on the wings also don’t know if your supposed to wear gloves touching raw wings in a restaurant I know I had bit wow this place needs management correction I don’t feel anyone was running this place well maybe they just didn’t care about my order everyone was getting there’s before mine honestly this is insane and it’s been like 10mins onto of the now 18mins I’ve already waited.

Doesn’t carry real blue cheese dressing. How can an establishment who sells wings as their primary food item not carry real blue cheese? How can they expect to be taken seriously? Customer service was good when I was in there so I am rooting for them. But they need to fix this blue cheese snafu, asap.

Oh wow first review, hope I make my mom proud. Ordered online for 8 pm while at work. Food was still hot and ready when I came. Got the Hot Honey dry rub thighs combo with voodoo fries. Great food for a solid price. Only gripe was fries were more steamed potatoes so def order them well cooked. So glad they opened this store. Keep on rocking in the free world WingStop.

So apparently this place dropped my order ticket on the ground. They didn’t tell me (but someone else saw and told me), so I was there for an hour waiting for my food. When I finally got it, my order wasn’t correct. The staff didn’t offer any compensation or any sort of apology for their mistake. Then, their management offered me a $5 gift card for my poor experience. That’s apparently what my time and customer satisfaction is worth. Easy fix would have been to comp the meal or provide a $25 gift card at the very least. Management must have the same level of care and attention as the restaurant staff–just do nothing and they’ll go away eventually, right?
