Service is absolutely terrible. Completely ignored both times I’ve been there. Cashier is day dreaming or playing on his phone not paying attention to anyone who walks in. I had to go to the counter, reach over to the rack and grab my own food because not a single employee cares about anything but themselves. Get people who can actually comprehend this simple job. This location has the laziest, most incompetent people I’ve ever seen.

This place is so bad. you would think since it’s newly opened , they would care about their customers’ satisfaction. I ordered wings a few times from there and fries, every time the fries are either burnt or soggy, and the wings are just terrible they feel like cardboard when you chew on them. They need to improve.

No surprise about the very poor rating this wingstop has. Came in one evening to order wings both boneless and bone in. Had to wait at least 10 minutes to be acknowledged standing at the register waiting to order, finally a young lady in glasses comes over with her AirPods in on the phone rudely welcomes me to take my order. After placing my order I handed her my money I asked the girl if I could have my bone in wings all drums she rolled her eyes and her attitude immediately got worse. She told me she would have to cancel the order and re do it (which didn’t make sense to me considering she didn’t cash out my order) I told her not to worry about it and just give me my money back. She proceeded to toss it at me across the counter. At this point I asked to speak to someone in charge and she tells me no one is around. Then asked for a name of the general manger and a business card. She then tells me I’m in charge and walks away from me. Lost a $65 order all over a $1 additional charge. I understand it’s a large corporate restaurant chain but I hope someone reading this understands that customer service in that business is extremely crucial to longevity and keeping your angry employees paid. Will not return to this location

Ordered online, said 16 to 20 minutes. After getting there waited another 30 minutes for cold dry chicken sandwich, no pickle. Cold soggy fries, wings were hard. Hawaiian Chicken tenders were gross & they forgot the garlic Parmigian tenders that I paid for. Never going back.

Just went here for the first time to try it after waiting for it to open. The cashier had a bad attitude, didn’t help out around the kitchen, looked like he didn’t want to work here and was talking on the phone while behind the counter “Doing his job.” I will never come back here again. They are doing something wrong with the fries… Been there twice – soggy both times. EDIT: I went a third time and ordered the fries “well done” based on something I saw online. They were actually crispy and not bad. So try that trick out if you are experiencing soggy fries. EDIT AGAIN: Now even ordering “well done” fries are soggy. No wonder this franchise is basically a meme for soggy fries at this point… Also my last order of boneless wings was in a little pool of frier oil (which I hadn’t witnessed before)… After 5 visits to this place they’ve officially lost my business.
